I've realised that I only lose weight if I actually record it on a spreadsheet and weigh everything I eat - otherwise I just cheat/am over optimistic!
Have you tried "Myfitnesspal.com" to record your food intake versus calories?
7/28 AF already achieved. Easily could have succumbed yesterday especially when OH got in with a bottle of fancy gin he had received as a gift at work along with some "posh" tonic and a mixed bag of Waitress Lemon & Limes.
