    Good morning everyone,

6 AFD for me please Shaggy, also I have hit my target weight!!!

The tricky bit now is to maintain this lifestyle. I do feel differently this time so that's all I can hope for.

    Sun shining again:j

    Wow congratulations Arkers, well done!
I wish I'd kept weighing in regularly after I reached my target - didn't keep an eye on myself.
I also wish I had taken photos or a video of myself telling my future self how I did it.
    Hope this is helpful,
    WBF

    3/15 for me please.

Yesterday around 7pm because it was a lovely hot day and I had a sore throat and was thirsty and irritable I would have killed for a G&T. I resisted because of this thread.

Today I feel even worse and in fact am off work, so definitely no b$%*ze for me.

-thanks WBF, I absolutely agree with you. I shall stick both with this thread and the SW thread to try and maintain the status quo. I also have the inspirational Maman amongst my other online buddies to help me focus.:D

Great news arkers. The threads help me stay in line too.;)

    No plans to drink today.

    4 AFDs please Shaggy.

We won't have internet access at home for the next 4-6 weeks including my 3 week holiday. Will keep in touch when in wifi range or can spare some data on my phone.:(

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I've realised that I only lose weight if I actually record it on a spreadsheet and weigh everything I eat - otherwise I just cheat/am over optimistic! :o
