    Morning all, 15/15 for me please Shaggy and it's also a treat-free day if anyone out there feels like joining me! I've actually made a decision to slightly relax my own rules and allow myself crackers (minus the cheese on top) and rice cakes (the ones with the thin coating of choccy on them). Because of this it will no longer be a completely chocolate-free day but hey, it's a workday and it will help deal with the stress! I don't think they involve too many calories and it will make the whole thing a lot easier.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    What type? Some crackers are quite calorific???

    hi Shaggy! I may or may not have the crackers today in any case but the ones I have in the cupboard at home are Tesco garlic crackers - I would have three, which would come to 92 calories. I'm in fact much more likely to eat those on Mondays, when I am at home. :)

    Happy I have reached my goal for April :j I may or may not do an extra AFD tomorrow, will see how I feel.

    The rice cakes are Kallo, about 56 cals each. Have eaten one so far today and will probably eat another this afternoon. On Monday when I was at home I had the three crackers, but no rice cakes - the rice cakes are very much a work thing!

    I suppose what that comes down to is roughly an extra 100 calories on each day. I haven't been aiming for a specific calorie count though - it's more about breaking my addiction to eating fatty and sugary treats pretty much whenever I feel like it, or when they appear in front of me at work, whichever comes first! :)
