18/25 AFDs today, which is a victory because a neighbour gave us a lovely bottle of wine to say thank you for giving him a couple of glass global lampshades to match one that he accidentally cracked.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I've managed a treat free evening with an apple. I thought I'd call it now before I change my mind!

Oh Shaggy, you do make me laugh! Loving the Dolce and Gabbana looks ....

I'm not doing at all well when it comes to Treat Free Days but I am scoffing more healthily generally, so it's not all bad news. Next week's Monday morning session on the scales will be informative.

I've almost managed to talk myself into drinking on holiday several times when in Portugal because I somehow doubt it'll be simple to get hold of my B***'s B**e but I'm pretty certain they'll have lovely fruit juices so I'll stick with them. Maman, while in Egypt a few years ago we'd got a bottle of duty-free gin but finding tonic would have been a waste of valuable sight-seeing time, so we settled for individual cartons of guava juice which all the tiny corner shops sold for the equivalent of pennies. I thoroughly recommend gin and guava juice. Not that I'm encouraging you to drink, you understand.

    28/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Ooh, three weeks! You lucky thing...long haul?

    Hi Dizzy,
Yes, Caribbean. I know everyone thinks it is expensive, but we used points for our flights and are paying £70 a night for a beachfront studio, so I think it is very good value for money! It's my 26th trip so it feels like going home. And we'll be catching up with lots of friends, some we haven't seen for 8 years. Can't wait.
What goes around comes around.....I hope!
  • 15/20 for me please Shaggy to count for last night and tonight.

    Thanks x
