Good morning everyone,
Happy you reported in Stu and Piggles ((hugs)).
21 please Shaggy

I had a treat free day yesterday. Snacked on a couple of cold Jersey Royals.
Love it! I haven't had any treat-free days yet, sad to say. It's the call of the chocolate that I find so hard to ignore. However, weighing myself on Monday morning wasn't anything like as  as I thought it would be, so I'm still wondering exactly what my maintenance dose of food is, as opposed to gaining or losing. In short, it's all a bit of a puzzle.
Lovely to see you posting again, Piggles. I have to say the fleas would get me down so my guess would be that you're getting very fed up of having to vacuum so thoroughly every day. The pesky little critters are a nightmare, but having been infested with them two or three times because of the cats and dogs I can honestly say you will get there eventually. It's just a pain dealing with them.
Ah, StuPotStu. Good news on the lack of incidents, but sad to hear you're in the cycle of hangovers. Horrible for you.
27/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
it's always good to hear from you, wish you were here more often! Or to put it another way, it's always a worry when people seem to vanish.
Same here. I always think the worst when people disappear so great to see you both posting stu and piggles.
Piggles, you're almost at target despite the damn fleas! Well done.:T
Both of you seem to be getting the upside of AF days. I know that seems strange but your tolerance is dropping hence the hangovers or feeling drunk. That may make you think twice at some point.:)ElusiveLucy wrote: »I have no intention of not drinking when I am hols and I am away for 3 weeks:j
I had a couple of (anticipated) drinks last night but none planned for today and I might try for my second treat free day too. I'm fine all day, it's the evening that's the danger time but I've got plenty of apples in.;)

Afternoon fellow Soberistas :hello:
1 AFD for yesterday.

I don't know how medical staff find the compassion, capacity and patience to keep helping people who seem bent on self-destruction. And it made me thank God I got out of the habit of drinking when I did, whether or not I was addicted.
I watched this last night on catch-up, oh my days, I will never forget that man having his abdomen "drained" :eek:What do we do when we fall? Went out to dinner last night wearing a very fitted, unforgiving Dolce & Gabbana shirt which normally fits me perfectly. It felt bordering on tight across my stomach. All these endless hangovers, missed gym days then excessive boozing is playing havoc with my body. If nothing else, my body dysmorphia took an upsurge and encouraged me to avoid the Sancerre when it was ordered. ha ha Nuts!!
Whatever motivates!
Too many calories in alcohol!
Here you are - stick this on your fridge
