Fingers crossed it's not an expensive car repair.

Break in Cornwall sounds fab - been a good 25 years since I was last down there  such a lovely part of the country.

Snap on Spain trip! DS had a letter too just to gauge interest, but doesn't want to go, so a blessing in disguise for me there.

Good luck with the jogging :D

Do you break up tomorrow? Another week for us - 2 weeks off then four weeks back of which 2 are short weeks ( 4 days) and I have 2 training courses to attend which take another 6 days out 2 days of reviews and 2 work at home days - just worked out that's only 8 days with the frogs!

DD2 came home brandishing a letter for a ski trip next year - I have coughed up the deposit but she will be funding the rest ( just landed herself a job) and gear will be Christmas/birthday present this year. She is off on a BIG school trip later this year which they have been fundraising for over 18 months now - still costing us enough - the jabs are coming in at nearly £400

Have a great time in Cornwall - think it may well be my spiritual home!

Well car cost £160  but glad leak fixed and servicing done etc...he even pumped the tyre and cleaned it (could have kissed him! :rotfl:)

Feeling good it's last day at work. Everyone's sick! My wonderful friend is going on maternity leave today so bringing all her presents in. Luckily people are coughing up some money towards them as I have seriously over spent this month :eek::eek:

But...not being wasteful and feel glimmers of happiness (hope it lasts??)

Can't wait for a change of scenery and some fresh air!.

I will still read diaries on my phone but won't be able to write for a week very much.

Take care everyone. You are the best xxx:D:D:D:D

Hey Rach, hope you've had a fab break, clocked up several hundred miles in jogging and have a fabulous tan :D

Most importantly, hope you've had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Looking forward to your catch up.
