  • It says "For 250 million."
Where's the jumping for joy? Why do you think anyone gives a toss about one landlord?

Pot calling the kettle black. CON has now 'left the country' more times than Fergus has 'successfully' cashed out.

I think they both live in a world of fantasy.

Maybe they are the same person. CON is an elaborate persona invented by Wilson to encourage people into being lifetime renters and drive up demand for his imaginary lets.

Have you ever seen both of them in the same room?

You seem quite heavily involved in this particular discussion, it looks like you have a strong interest? The rest of that thread is full of obviously gleeful observations about his "Sale" and as it never happened the whole thing is PURE COMEDY GOLD :rotfl:

So it looks like we can all agree that the sale never went through and the number of flats owned (or is that "owned"?) is much much lower than previously thought. I am just going to conclude that this guy enjoys being a landlord, and maybe likes having mortgages as well?

Wilson owned a number of flats in a block in Maidstone, these were all sold a couple of years ago, the tenants transferred to the new owner.

Didn`t sell the whole portfolio for "250 million" though?

Of course not and I never said he did. I’ve never believed a word he has said about the amount of houses in his empire.

You have no clue what this man is like, have a google.

He homes families, that's all need to know, we need a few more 1000 people like this and then maybe we would not have a housing crisis, the bloke is a saint, and if he makes a few quid then good luck to him

Many on here were salivating at the notion of him being a multi-millionaire for real and not just on paper when you ignore all the debt and boiler repairs.
