Not quite exact words, but lots of the "crashy was so wrong" stuff.
You were active too, noting how HPC had got it all so wrong again. Awkward.

Yes, very...
"HPC calls it wrong again; all's well with the world. Our friend TheCountOfNowhere is inconsolable over there BTW. He was desperately, desperately hoping for some awful misfortune to befall the Wilsons but now they've cashed out successfully he's in literal shock - "whey should British people pay rent to Chinese investors?", he wants to know."

Nice find, I remember the pathetic celebratory tone to the thread well, but I think your post #5 nails it for how utterly ridiculous the theories of how much this guy is worth actually are.0 -

Page 1, post #1. From there the obvious joy that he could achieve this price for 900 flats is hard to miss as the thread grows. Then it slowly dawns on people that this would be a record price for his type of property, and now people realise that the sale never happened because he is still fixing boilers and fighting with tenants :rotfl:And now he supposedly only ever had what, a hundred or so flats? Pure comedy from start to finish :rotfl:0 -
Oh, that thread made me realise wotsthat was banned. So many arguments with wotsthat and didn't even know!
