This sub-forum is bizarre. A little group of boastful buy to let suckers who, even after S24 is starting to bite, still think that they are masters of the Universe and that everyone else is jealous of them.0 -
Can you imagine if all of them packed it in tomorrow, where would those millions of families live, answer me that.
Oh my God, you're quite right, I never stopped to think where people will live when all the houses currently owned by (soon to go bust) buy to let suckers evaporate into thin air.

If S24 was anything to worry about we would be all be in a panic and getting out of the market, but were not, does that not tell you anything?
Of course not, what was I thinking, keep waiting for your crash

I've no doubt that some new landlords (and some that recently mewed to expand) will be badly hit, but bears like him and Crashy seem oblivious to those that invested a while ago are completely safe. Including Fergus Wilson (for the record I don't like him because of the way that he treats his tenants).Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
The likes of fat Fungus and his charming wife have, assuming they're up to date with their taxes, probably dodged the bullet having been saved from their own stupidity by ultra low interest rates in 2008, more's the pity, they richly deserved their comeuppance. Others, though, will not be so fortunate. Hopefully, the idiot with the rolly face, who is filled with joy at the thought of taking rent off the likes of me will not be so fortunate.
Anyway, this is too easy, like shooting fish in a barrel. Perhaps I'll pop back in a year or two, to see if the bulls are so bullish then, or perhaps not.
In the meantime, au revoir, tootle pip, farewell.
LOL
ps, For what it's worth, I own my house outright and don't pay rent to any landlord, nor interest to any lender.0 -
Fergus May be slightly over weight but he could loose it if he so desired but he I also a multimillionaire many times over. Something no matter how hard you desired wil ever achieve.0

How do you how he treats his tenants?
How do you know it's not a couple of bitter tenants which he is sure to get with all those people he homes. You just have to read on here the self entitlement, bitterness and anger to know what these losers are like and what they stoop to.
The fact is there are a sizeable group of people in the UK who just do not have what it takes to last out a 25 year mortgage, and some look at others rather themselves when getting bitter about it.0 -
I've known ex tenants of his so I know how bad he is.0
