Morning
Throwing it down and windy as wellbut plenty to keep me occupied here, like my mountain of ironing, it has grown again.
Kitchen floor drying out gradually, going to write to the builders (house is 8 years old) might get something out of them but don't hold out too much hope but at least I will feel better for having tried.
Hope you all have a successful day whatever tasks you have.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Morning all.
I think the weather is starting to get me down. Im constantly tired and worn out with no motivation. Its quite frustrating. Oh well another week. I go on TA exercise at the end of the week for 9 days and would like to leave the house looking nice. A friend is house and cat sitting and i know she will look after it well, but my housemate is finally moving out on Thursday and i have no idea what state the place will be left in!!
I hope everyone had a good weekend. Welcome to the newbies. AnW'smum i hope you get the problem sorted ok. Hev keep up the hard work this week and you will start to notice a difference! lil_me thanks once again for keeping us all on track.

[/STRIKE]Right i should get back to work. I will hopefully manage to head home at lunch to get some done. Need to make my packing and therefore shopping list for next week. you never know one if these days i might be prepared a week in advance!!!0 -
Today I will do this - the start of something new
I must also sort out how to do a meal plan this is getting me down as every week I say I'll do it and every week I dont. I guess it will get left again as I dont know where to begin - how can I not decide on a months meals I do not know!, but never mind that - the jobs must now begin!0 -
Another week - I shall *promise* to try harder this week - I'm often full of energy and enthusiasm on Monday, but the rest of the week rarely happens:o
Ho Hum, at least I have a tidy and clean kitchen to start each week (which was more than I had pre this thread  )
Hugs to all that want them, bigger ones to those that need them.....0 -
So far, so good.
I have got dehumidifiers emptied, DS fed, myself fed and all is looking promising. I am aiming for Level One all week plus trying to get as much rubbish as possible out of the house. We will be moving soon if it kills me!
There is no diet coke in the house  I am seriously addicted to diet coke  It is raining cats & dogs outside and I cannot find the foot cover for DS pushchair
Must stay strong for DS's sake. (only partly  )
I loved the horoscope, and it would be marvellous if it meant I could move. Are there a lot of Aquarians on the board? I wonder if there is a majority of one sign or another on this thread, and other signs on other threads? I wish I didn't believe in the stuff, it can be so beguiling.
So, already made a start on my dailies, I will update later.
HevAlways another chapter0 -
piddling with rain here again.. it'll be most pondlike out there!.. Just trying to find a decent coat to wear... I appear to not have one!!
I usually pinch my partners when I can't find mine.
Well I've made a start, kids at school (DS1s trip which I hope is mainly indoors as it's pouring down) dogs been fed, walked, now asleep:rolleyes: lazy toads. Kitchen started, but by no means finished! Going to put one washload in, no point doing more than I can put on airers. Have found a top for tomorrow which will 'do' so that's sorted and I don't need to go shoppingI hate shopping
Need to find my uni stuff (for those who were wondering started a maths degree in February) so I can get cracking with that, thinking 30 minutes study then a job in the kitchen in middle, then 30 minutes study etc, studying constant all day hurts (eyes, head and wrists) so will try that way and keep switchingthat's the plan so far anyway, if it works or not I don't know
One day I might be more organised...........

actually I've not had a coat for about 3 years.. I usually nick hubby's.. but he has a new one without a hood so I would be wet anyway.. and the raincoat has started leaking.. needless to say I got SOAKED.. the sewage system backed up again so I ended up wading through 8 inches of FREEZING cold very wet water!!! Fire brigade will be out later pumping the street.. all good fun!
I have a kitchen like you wouldn't believe.. it is gross... but with trouble off nursery (the sewage system overflowed into the nursery through the toilets.. NICE!!! and the second tmie in 10 days!) and tiddles at home I won't get much done they are terribly naughty just the 2 of them together.
I have all my old stuff rattling onto the new pc.. it is claiming it will take 30 days at the moment lol.. come down from 62 days a little! 102Gb of rubbish no doubt! One less job to do!
Todays list..
[strike]WM[/strike] just the one load in.. nowhere to dry all the wet stuff I already have!
[strike]DW[/strike] load 1 of 2
BM
[strike]TD[/strike] sadly I cannot hang anything out due to the rain.. torrential!!!!!
Find the floor in the front room (I am busy tomorrow so it won't get done unless I do it today!)
Like everyone else I am going to try to reach level 1 all week... hahaha!!! I am on the shortlist panel for the new deputy at school tomorrow.. very little will get done.. skive off college though!!

Oh crikey sounds like chaos where you are pigpen. I am lucky we live on a hill and there are steps in and out of the house, can be a pain for getting buggies in or appliances but keeps us high and dry, houses further up the hill however sometimes get flooded when the water comes off the fields. As for the coats I was the same until last August, haddn't had a waterproof coat for years since before kids were born, so my partner bought me one for my birthday, only because he was sick of me getting his bike jacket soaked.
Right must get a wriggle on, I haven't moved yetOne day I might be more organised...........

Morning all :hello: Hope everyone is feeling better today no matter what the weather is like
I'm feeling very energetic this morning but that could be because I managed to have a bath this morning before OH got in the bathroom and my exercise routine and my 10 minutes of meditation :j:j:j DD made her own packed lunch while I made OH's so that saved me a job, the car started first time (new battery might have worked...but we'll see - we thought new spark plugs would fix it  ) and they let the kids into school early as it was raining so heavily so I was back in the house for 8.55
My weekend was good too - Saturday we all sat down (except for me having to make breakfast  ) and watched Fantastic4, DD did her homework (spelling test & she got 155/165 when it's Year 2 work and she's only in year 1!We then worked on the other 10 and she can now spell those words & she knows hers & the school postal addresses including the post codes :T:T ), then we all sat down and watched Narnia together. Had a "fry" up (nearly all done in George Foreman
) for tea and then DD went off to bed and read Harry Potter while OH and I sat and watched Doctor Who:D
Yesterday we watched TV together while breakfasting, did a couple of jobs, played mousetrap and then we let DD veg out infront of the TV on her own and watch DVDs while I did some gardening and OH did some bits for work. Now all the plants I've grown from seed are planted out except for 3 honesty ones (one for my mum, one for my sister, and one for DD's teacher as a thank you/end of year pressie) and I have sown the rest of my seeds (more honesty, lupins, violas, sunflowers, and lettuce) and came in at 11pm :eek::rotfl::rotfl:
Now today I've got some washing to catch up on (1 load just finished so going to put that out infront of the fire now ...back in a sec....okay back now:D ), the ironing to do and I really need to get the school website sorted so.... I've decided to post my WEEKS list so that I can do as and when I need to...or is that as and when I can be bothered:rotfl:
