Hi New_me.... I've never heard of noodle before, but I will go and have a look seeing as its free! I know these things can't tell you if a lender would lend to you, but I think its good to have an idea if you look favourable or not... and I have not looked favourable over recent years!!

Edited to add - I have gone on to Noodle and put in all my details, I'm 1/5 just now with my score, but I guess it will take time to get back up to a decent level! I don't have any credit cards or anything to spend on monthly, but I guess maybe the next account could work the same way.... although not sure if I could bring myself to spend money in Next once a month!!1st Jan 2014 £20,600 / 1st Jan 2015 £15,572.90**Feeling Hopeful that 2015 will be our Debt Free Year**0 -
Well its been a funny sort of MSE day today. Received an email from paypal saying someone has opened a dispute from an item I sold in December. Looking into it I think that they have bought with a stolen credit card, because its some sort of credit card recall or something. Luckily I posted it recorded so have sent back the proof and the tracking link - hopefully this will be enough to mean I don't end up £72 out of pocket!!
On the plus side, I received a cheque in the post for £30 from Confused.com for downloading and using a driving app and clocking up 200 miles on it!! Really pleased with this one, as I didn't think I'd get anything from it. So will head to the bank soon with that. Think that will go against the debts because everything is up to date so it is "free" money - woo hoo!!
Haven't had a NSD today as I had to put in petrol and I now need to go and get some bread rolls for burgers in buns for tea.
Hope you're all having a good day,

So only four days til payday - can't wait! Is it sad that I can't wait for payday? I think its because I'm now on the countdown to debt freedom (albeit a little bit of a long countdown!) but after this payday its only 21 pay days until debt freedom!
Have also just discovered that I can get 5% discount at Asda through my work, which is great. I've worked here for 15 years and never heard of that before, so it must be a new thing, but going to use it, as that will free up a little bit more each month for overpayments.
There are loads of companies we seem to be able to get discount with, so I will be trying to only shop at these places so that I can make the most of these discounts. It might mean a bit of forward planning for birthdays etc, but it is definately worth it. Debenhams is 11% discount - thats loads!!
Todays MSE "thing" has been paying in my £30 cheque so will get that paid off of something when it clears.
Should be a relatively cheap weekend, going to visit family so will be lots of visiting, going on walks and visiting parks - all free!
Hope its a good weekend for you all, I will try and catch up with diaries at some point over the weekend.

Edited to add: I got an email back from paypal to say that because I had sent my item with an approved courier and used tracking, that I was covered and was not going to be charged for the transaction - MASSIVE Phew!!

Just a quick post, its payday!! Only just realised when I got into work - :money:
Off to do some transferring and some money juggling. Will update my totals for 1st March, by then payments will have cleared and I will know exactly how much is still outstanding.
Happy Tuesday everyone!

Yay for payday! :j0

AArrghh! Its day 91 of 100 and there's definately no way this will be done within the 100 days
However, I have calculated that it will be cleared on day 113 so I can live with that. Just hoping that the work bonus is enough to make a dent in the next thing on my list, fingers crossed.
Have been looking at the Nationwide Credit card that is offering 0% on balance transfers for 26 months, which looks like a good deal, especially as we are on track to be debt free within 21 months. If we could transfer the balance of the Sainsburys Loan on to a 0% we would save quite a bit on interest, but I'm not sure if that is do-able. May post a separate post on here to see if anyone knows.
Will update my signature tonight.... haven't quite got round to doing my sums yet!

So the signature is updated and we're now down from £20,xxx to £19,xxx - I LOVE when that happens!! Am hoping to get it down to something starting with £17,xxx for 1st Aprils update, but we'll see.
Not a whole lot else to report tonight. I did post on the Credit Cards forum about paying off the loan with a card, and there is a way to do it. Hubby thinks its a good idea IF he is accepted for the card. We did a quick check on the eligibility checker on here and it said 80% acceptance rate. We'll think about it some more and see, will have to work out how much we'd save in interest but it seems a no brainer to me if we can do it.
Off to bed, it was a stressful day at work today.

So thought I would do a non-financial update as I need to do a list to keep track of things I have to do. Finances aren't looking to hot at the moment, I've had loads of random little things to pay and its wiped me out. Just looking forward to payday and the fact that its bonus month and that will get me back on an even keel - and I have no "random little things" to pay out of this months pay.
So, here's the list for over the course of this week:
* Tidy under kids beds
* Move 2 book cases to kids rooms
* Deep Clean playroom
* Finish knitting dollies blanket for DD
* Dig out sewing machine and see if it works
* Try and sell some stuff on fb/work
* Clean and Dust our bedroom
* Change all bedding
Think thats it - may be back to add more.
Hope everyone is having an MSE weekend.

Well here I am the day before the big 100, and I'm not going to do it!
I knew that though, so I'm not too disappointed, a few more days on to the end won't make a huge difference.
Not a lot to report financially, really looking forward to payday to give this debt a bit of a kick in the butt, and then starting as I mean to go on for the next 20 paydays... after March pay we'll be down to 19 paydays, I like when things change from twenty something to something-teen if that makes sense. Will like it even more when its from something-teen to a single number!
I've done nothing off my list because I have been a lazy so and so - really need to find my get up and go, because it seems to have gotten up and gone!!
Anyway, just thought I would update to try and keep me interested. Hope everyone is doing well.
