Hello ladies, looooooong time since I've been on here! How is everyone? congratulations to the new mummies, loving the pics! And congratulations Sunshine!

Not an awful lot going on here that I can think of, G is pretty much running the place ;). Seriously, our house is FULL of lego. To the top - OH boarded out our loft and put a carpet down and they have a lego trainset up there now. "Daddy and G's Playroom". I can barely hear them from downstairs when they play up there :D

Katie, so nice to hear from you! Loving the playroom idea :D Playdough obsession here - I'm working from home today, and I've got loads done as she's been busy with her playdough for hours! She got this for xmas (I paid £12.50 :)) - best investment ever.

Mothercare have a sales preview on atm, up to 50% off clothes. Just bought new boots for LO for £8 :)

    Hi guys

I'm doing okay thanks Nutella :) still feel horrible but almost 11 weeks now so I'm really hoping after 12 I suddenly feel better. Eating isn't fun at all at the moment, whilst I'm not sick I'm just awfully nauseous to the point where I wish I was sick just to get some relief.

Going to tell A this weekend. Planning a nice morning out and coming home for his favourite lunch and telling him then.

Hi Katie :) we have a lego fanatic here too. Everything is awesome is forever being sung!!

Thanks for the sale tip, will have a mooch tonight x

Sunshine, hope you feel better soon - I was incredibly nauseous for the first few weeks, but was never actually sick (apart from in the first week) and it was such a relief when it went away!

Sounds like a lovely way to tell A - can't wait to hear his reaction!

Are you having your first scan soon?

  • Hi
no posts for a while so I'll bore you with my nonsense lol

I'm glad you're enjoying your cute baby MrsTM.

Sunshine I hope the announcements go well

KatieChoc I love daddy and LO play time. I don't have much energy for play after doing the housework, laundry and cooking!

Got LO some new shoes (Clarks Factory shop £16) - we went for walkers as the Clarks staff said that they need the hard soles for walking outside which makes sense. His shoes seemed to catch on certain surfaces like rough pavement in his pre-walkers. I still take his shoes off when we're indoors cos I think it's better for learning movement.

I've been looking for a cheap second pair on ebay as his shoes seem to get lost and his dad gets confused by the fact that he has a few pairs of shoes but only ONE fits him (I'm told this is a man thing). Unfortunately ebay sellers don't tend to put whether they are walkers or prewalkers but I've got my eye on a few.
