    Thanks! I know all my debt was just from being irresponsible, so having no life for a few months is the trade off for all the fun I had in my 20s spending it! It should all be gone by this time next year thankfully, and then I plan on saving the £600 or so a month I'm throwing at my debts currently!
  • Hi Kat, this thread is really inspirational- I do regret not travelling when I was younger, but it's never to late and when my IVA finishes next year I will be off on some shorter trips- I love walking and trekking and one goal is to see the Himalaya...

    On the subject of blogs, they can unfortunately attract a lot of spam- there are 'spam bots' which trawl the net looking for blogs to post rubbish comments on so they can link back to dodgy sites. If you use Wordpress you can install a free plug in called Askimet which filters these out. You can also set comments so that they don't appear on the blog until you manually approve them.

    No you don't hun I will send it to everybody that I have come across along the way - its those that lurk that have never commented that I appreciate asking - however I am in two minds as to whether to just add it up here and then deal with the spammers as and when they surface - I don't want to miss any of you!!!::o
