    Morning :)

    Hi Helen, how you doing?

Just popping on to say hello. I didn't sleep until about 3. Watched Top Gear and then a programme on DH Laurence - that was interesting and then in desperation I downloaded

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E6R84S8/ref=oh_d__o00_details_o00__i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Which if you can't be bothered to click, is a Sleep Hypnosis for Depression Anxiety Self Confidence Emotional Healing _ covers everything! lol

Any how I played it, I slept and woke up feeling better.

I think sometimes I need something to cover up the chatter in my head which sometimes radio 4 does the job and other times some thing like this helps. I will try it again tonight.

Still I got to get up with the dogs which was good. They are a nice way to start the day.

Must get on. got to get to the vets and hopefully someone is coming to buy a hutch from me......

    Hi Buffy!
I listened to a hypnobirthing CD during my pregnancy and it was great for chilling me out and sending me off to sleep. I really suffered with sleep issues during pregnancy. Glad it worked for you. There's even a couple of hypo - sleep views on you tube that have worked for me in the past.

    hello diary readers,

I'd like to know about the convention too Helen? thought I wrote that but I obviously didn't, plot lost sadly!

Even more sadly I am going through a huge Charmed phase at the moment. I really need to grow up! (I do have the Wire and Criminal Minds on DVD also just not so keen to fall asleep to them!)

    ok so achievements for today.

    1. cleaned out the pond.
    2. finished the spare room looks great. very pleased.
    3. checked credit report - good to excellent rating and no weird debts.
    4. went to vets (HUGE bill)
    5. went shopping. may have bought two goldfish.
    6. bought boxes to organise Christmas decs which have to come down tomorrow :(

    tomorrow's list

    4. move furniture round in my room.

    5. clean upstairs.

    6. prep for work. ugh.

    Hello
Seen a few of your posts on various threads Buffy, so thought I'd follow your diary.
Nothing wrong with watching Charmed either ;)
Saw an interesting article on BBC news magazine about how the Buffy TV series was ahead its time with plot structure, multiple strong female lead characters etc.
Anyway, wandering slightly off topic - sorry.
Just starting to get to grips with a shiny new money-saving mind-set having had my LBM about a week ago. It is great to feel you are not alone in this!

    2. finish conservatory off. (once above is decided it should be easy) DONE -was MUCH more complicated.

    3. clean out the piggies. really now. haven't but thought I have left them longer than I have. Being ill has confused me.

    4. move furniture round in my room. Not done going to do next weekend.

    5. clean upstairs. DONE

    6. prep for work. ugh. Not done.

Hello Minkyr, welcome to my diary :)

I am in reflective mood tonight. holiday over. Found one of the gerbils dead which was frankly bloody awful. Gerbils are fab pets. Rest in peace little guy. XX. I shall miss you.

all signs of Christmas packed up, work tomorrow. 3 lessons. should survive.

can hardly wait to be back on supply.

sorry I would be more cheerful. I SHOULD be more cheerful. The conservatory, spare room and living room all look great.

wow Will I EVER want to work for a living!
