  • Almost at the end of term. July and June are expensive months. Have 80 pounds in the bank. used 300 out of my savings to pay a whacking CC bill. I REALLY need to rein in the spending on the pets.

have an expensive dinner on Saturday. but do get paid week.

    Cannot wait for holidays.

Hey there Buffster! What's the Christmas Plan? Lucky you breaking up on Tuesday, I am SO in need of a break. Holiday in Ibiza in 6 weeks time but can't wait that long. Happy decluttering :)
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • hungover.

mate booked wrong train tickets and has cost me 30 quid. Which in my world is a week's groceries but in hers is a daily trip to waitrose.

was feeling rather positive up until the train e mail. must keep telling myself I have the money and all is well it is still cheap few days away.

and it is only a few days ! ;)

hope I start to feel better soon got to get to work before 1 to sort car stuff out (long story)

  • So, I checked the bank this morning, credit card is paid off AND I got a refund on an audio book so it will be a little in credit.

I have to be super careful with money whilst I am away next week. I am going to move some money around to put in my back up bank account and use that, instead of touching the wages! Got paid on the 22nd but nothing goes out till the first!

I have gotten over the train ticket ;) A mixture of being hung over and worried about money plus I do loathe losing money just made it so important yesterday. My MSE ways are ingrained (hence chancing a refund on the book!) and I try so hard to budget and stretch the money.

any how today is tidying and then my friends for drinks and nibbles not too shabby.

and tomorrow is holiday shopping :)
