Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 4!!

Thank you. I’m off work until Monday so just resting and taking everything easy. I feel so much better than I did, hopefully the new medication keeps working and I don’t have to go back. I’ve got open access to the pregnancy unit now which makes it easy.

Not much from me, think I’m about 5+3. I don’t have many symptoms really, apart from today I did a 10k race and was about 5 minutes slower than my PB and it felt really hard. I didn’t push it though. Last race of the year for me now though!

Morning all, I’m having to go back to hospital today. Unfortunately the sickness has come back and I’m needing to be assessed again

Went for scan today. Would bean move - would it heck. I jumped up and down, twisted, coughed, they tipped the couch down, had my legs in the air, hips wiggling on the bench (I was worrying at one point about breaking the bench) still wouldn’t move and it’s head was on it’s chest. Prob didn’t help I had a huge breakfast but I was starving. Heartbeats good though. I think I’m going to book for gender scan at 16 weeks. Will be just before my birthday. So I’ll be following something else I read about a bottle of pop and a chocolate bar before the next at 20 weeks and the private one I’m going to book for a months time.

So I’m going to jump threads too but I’ll pop on here too and shall see you on the other one soon

Out of hospital and feeling better.
We have a scan on Monday and then another on Wednesday which will be our official dating scan! - super excited!

So me and OH have probably had sex twice since we found out we were preggo 5 weeks ago. I just want to know if my libido will return? He is is being so kind and considerate but I just can't bring myself to perform. Haha. I'm tired and grumpy a lot at the minute. I feel as though my hormones are settling down now so I'm hoping I will feel like it soon.

How are you guys feeling sexually? Blunt question. Sorry.

Me and my OH have always been very active.
However since being pregnant we tend to have sex every couple of days but that’s down to me being tired etc.
I think everyone’s different. From what I’ve read on other groups some get really active and others never want it. Ups and downs throughout the 9 months.

Honestly, I've had zero sex drive since about 9 weeks pg (I'm 24 weeks now). I suspect it'll come back a bit in third trimester when I'm trying to evict baby, but just do what you're comfortable with and don't feel guilty about it. My no libido due to feeling so unwell got almost instantly replaced with no libido because the baby is moving a lot and I find it a bit off-putting (kind of like having sex while your dog is in the room or something!) A few months isn't much in the grand scheme of things (and after six months of TTC, we had enough sex in the bank to last a few dry months!)

I'm 25 weeks, we've done it once since conception. I was the same last pregnancy too - we did it 3 times in the whole 9 months. I did feel more up for it in the 3rd trimester but is was uncomfortable and I had SPD so certain positions hurt.


Unfortunately for me, breastfeeding also zapped my libido AND I had birth injuries which made sex impossible for months and painful for long after that, so we had a pretty bad run for the last 3 years, and now I'm pregnant again! Poor DH.

We had our dating scan this morning! We are measuring at 11 weeks and 3 days do just a few days out from what I had thought we were Our due date is 12th May! I’ll stick around here until I’m 12 weeks and then move on to the next board
