Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 4!!

Ive not had any sickness. Occasional nausea but I find that either if I smell something I dont like or I get really hot.

Im getting food cravings really badly, to the lengths that if I dont get what I want I throw a hissy fit. Today I wanted a bacon sarnie so for my dinner I had a whole pack (10 slices) of bacon with a gallon of ketchup in 4 slices of bread. Im so right now

I have got a thing for crisps at the minute. I am not normally bothered by them but I want savoury more than sweet which is very unusual for me

We had an early scan today and saw our baby's heartbeat! Measuring bang-on with what it should be and everything looked great. What an amazing experience!

Great news Celepie, we have our midwife appointment next week so will hopefully get the scan date then.

I'm also suffering with the heat. I'm usually a really cold person and I'm feeling so nauseous when I get hot. I'm not looking forward to next week where they're predicting high 20s

I was so sick last night - proper chucking up, was horrible. So bad I actually wondered if it was a bug as I also had a headache and felt grotty too, but today I feel more sick than before too and I'm off food, which happened with DS. The benefit was that I lost a good chunk of weight!


Munchkin I found I crave salty with DS, it is supposed to be a sign baby is a boy. I'm the same this time when normally I'm all over the cakes and chocolate!

Nausea has kicked in for me this week. It's not too bad at the moment and tends to come and go throughout the day. I will be 7 weeks tomorrow

Got my first midwife appointment in an hour. Bit nervous, it's silly, I don't know why!


Having twinges today and back ache. So obviously I'm now panicking! Might book a private scan for next week.

The midwife was really lovely. When she asked where I wanted to give birth I just said wherever would give me an elective section, I gave her a very brief history of why and she immediately said it shouldn't be an issue at either hospital, so I've gone with the closest.


She's referred for my booking in hopefully in a week or so.

Glad your midwife is lovely.
Had the scan. Measured at 13 weeks exactly.
I needed a wee so much though I was in pain.
Baby looked fine and was flipping around all over the place. The little monkey even mooned us. Definitely his father!!!8217;s child.
I guess I better move threads.
