Nellie, I really feel for you. HG is awful. Thankfully never had it myself. Hopefully the meds will work and you're over the worst of it now. And great you got to see your bean!

My SIL had HG Nellie, she made the mistake of "struggling through" her first, but when it came to her second she just got signed off work as soon as it started so she could rest and look after herself at home. I really hope you feel better soon x

    Hello

I was wondering if I can join this thread please?

We took the test yesterday and can confirm a positive result (backed up by a second test this morning). I came off the pill just over 6 weeks ago so I!!!8217;m amazed it happened so quickly. I!!!8217;ve been on them since I was 16 so I had no idea how my adult body would cope with periods, hormones etc. I had a 5 day period starting Sunday 6th May. I did have a hope and feeling I might be pregnant late last week and so I was so pleased to see the screen say I was.

My husband and I have been married 3 years next month so we are very secure in ourselves. He!!!8217;s over the moon too, this will be our first child so it!!!8217;s new to both of us.

Hi all, I've come over from the TTC thread. I'm 5 weeks today. This is my 2nd pregnancy having had a CP in the previous cycle. I have booked an appointment with my GP for next Wednesday so feeling a mixture of nervousness and excitement. I don't have many symptoms other than slightly tender breasts, mild lower back ache and bloating. EDD is 13/2/19 :)

Hi Gemini! I'm 5 +2 so we're about the same. We just go straight to midwife here so my booking in appointment is a week on Wednesday. I also have a private scan a week on Tuesday which I'm excited/nervous about.

All I have are sore boobies and I'm knackered. I was having some cramping and back ache but that's eased off the last couple of days. Oh yes and I'm bloated and can't wear normal trousers!

My bloating died off (but that was mainly wind haha)
I.m 10+6 today and still have nausea and sore sore boobies and am peeing like a racehorse. But its all good. Scan is on 22nd June. A week before we get married. Very excited but also nervous.

I caught my reflection in a shop window the other day and thought I looked about 6 months! Haha. My lower back ache also seems to be easing off. All the best for your scan Munchkin. Exciting times!

Hello SarahJ I was also lucky that I caught quickly after stopping the pill! When's you due date? and Gemini90 welcome here! A few more of us now so should get a bit busier now.

I'm ok. Morning sickness (nausea actually) has kicked in today and I am just exhausted! How is everyone else?

Good luck for the scan Munckin. If if goes well, are you going to announce at the wedding?
