    Clara, I suppose there's a chance you might be too early for the NT screening, but in that case they'd get you to go back for another scan so not really a disadvantage.

    Hi Cats, I think l'll be closer to 11 than 12 weeks.

    I've got myself worried tonight as amongst the excitement of my BFP, I kind of forgot about my PCOS and the risks that go with it :( because my diagnosis kind of overlapped my BPF.

    My first midwife appointment can't come quick enough! I have so may questions

    12 weeks today and thrown up for the first time. The smell of the kitchen bin set it off. Still, if it means I won't feel nauseous all day I'll be happy!

    So scan went amazingly!!! Despite all my fears bean looks perfect and exactly in line with 8 weeks measurement. Its little heart was beating away at 118bpm and I could have a nice clear external scan :-)

    I realise we are definitely not out of the woods yet but oh my god do I feel better!!!
