Yay! Pleased to see you over here now too clarabell. Have you reported your pregnancy to your GP? They may be able to get you an early scan to help identify your gestation better, particularly as you had irregular cycles. Congratulations again xxEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Hi Mouse!
In our area we bypass the GP and report the pregnancy straight to a Midwife centre so I called them on Friday!
They gave me my first appointment with the midwife on 23rd August at the health centre and a 12 week scan appointment at the hospital on 9th September ( the day before we fly out on holiday!!!)
I explained about Irregular cycles and PCOS and uncertainty buy that was all she gave me xxx0 -
Oh that's a shame that you couldn't get an early scan. I hope the time passes quickly for you. It's the time between finding out you're pregnant and that 12 week scan that seems to drag for me, particularly as I'm wishing away the time until I feel a bit better physically too.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

I'm hoping the time will pass quite quickly for me mouse! We have a couple of things on between now and scan/holiday so fingers crossed!
Have you been feeling very unwell? I've been exhausted the last week or so but thought it was just the hot weather and not sleeping great... Or maybe a bit of both! Hope you feel better soon xx0 -
I've been sick more frequently this time around and had lots of headaches. I've also been very congested so have been getting problems with my right ear popping all the time. Tiredness has kicked in now as I'm beginning to wake in the night to go to the toilet, but I've not been nearly as bad with this as I was with Poppy where I was absolutely exhausted from the start.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Urgh why do they call it morning sickness when it is all day frickin nausea!!!!
7 weeks today, got a private scan at 8+1 next week. Docs on Weds morning to check thyroid bloods and will get midwife details then too. According to them I will be a week further on using LMP so I'm hoping to convince them to see me according to my dates not theirs, otherwise my scan will end up being too early anyway.Officially Mrs B as of March 2013

Ergh I'm sorry mouse! I'm not actually being sick but completely off my food and nausea comes in waves. How fun.
Scan is next Tuesday - evening annoyingly but it was the only way OH could come, and as we're preparing for bad news (bad attitude I know but I find it easier!!) I wanted him there!!Officially Mrs B as of March 2013

:wave:Hi Big5!
Sorry you are so sick and having headaches Mouse, hope this passes soon for you!
Cats, sorry you you are having bad nausea tooHow did you go about getting your early scan next week?
I read online yesterday that OPK's can show positive for pregnancy so as an experiment, I took one yesterday and today. Both were positive, stronger than the test line! I am now wondering if when I took an OPK 8th July and thought I was ovulating due to positive test and cramps, if it was actually implantation like my acupuncturist has said and the test was positive for pregnancy. This would tie in with CB Digi and BDing date of 27th June.
This would mean I was actually already pregnant when I went to see gynaecologist when I was diagnosed with PCOS!!!
It would also make me (according to Ovia) around 5+5 weeks :j Which also ties in with the 12 weeks scan date I have been given of 9th Sep.
Hope everyone is well and had a nice weekend xxx0
