PP that's exactly the same as me!! Yoghurts and fruit are all I want and haven't touched any fizzy drinks since I found out (I used to LOVE diet coke even though its the devil).
I really "feel" preg today, its awesome! XMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0 -
I find the retching worse than actually been sick! I've been wearing the travel sickness bands today but not sure they've made much difference to the nausea. Really struggling with food at the moment, the thought of anything beyond jacket potatoes or plain pasta is making me feel sick. Totally off meat too!0

Tinks just had pasta for lunch and having a jacket potato for dinner... it's comforting to know I'm not the only one

Hi all,
Had my dating scan on Tuesday which was amazing as baby had developed loads and we could see so much more than at 10+6. We could see legs and arms and see its heart beating. Unfortunately it was facing my spine so only got the outline of its head. Based on measurements the had me at 13+5 and still with an EDD of 17th of November.
So thank you lovely people for letting me stay longer than 12 weeks, but I am going to move on to the next thread. Hope to see you all soon. XxHouse purchased November 2013

MancMama I absolutely love diet coke. I do limit myself to one can/small bottle a day but I generally have one every day. Not even been able to look at it for the last few days! Was hoping it would happen as I know how bad it is!
I really want a jacket potato now!!!! Why have I not thought of this before?? That's what I'll be having later then! haha!
Mrs_rachel_trelfa Congrats on the scan. I can't wait to see the heartbeat! See you on the next thread in a few weeks!0 -
Mrs rachel t great news on your scan and lots of luck on the next thread. Hope to see you over there in a few weeks! x
Someone should open a plain food takeaway for pregnant ladies... toast, jacket potatoes, pasta, yogs and ready salted crisps all round. I've even gone off chocolate which is ridiculous!MancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0 -
Great idea MancMama..or even better, a home delivery service so we don't even have to move!0

they do.. it's called tesco home delivery (or asda or one of the others)
wotsits, cadbury's yoghurts, ice cream, rice krispies, heinz tomato soup .. then I get my fruit box delivery £7 a week.. we ran out of last Fridays box yesterday!
That said I needed a chinese takeaway on Monday.. the one day half the takeaways are shut.. and i always get extras so I've had chinese food 4 days this week..

Craving heinz tomato soup now!!! And chinese! A takeaway service would be absolutely perfect, cooking feels like such an effort at the moment.
Congrats on the scan Rachel! Hope to see you over on the next thread soon.0
