Thanks guys, I was feeling a bit sorry for myself yesterday, feeling brighter today (although that might just be because I haven't been sick yet! :rotfl:) Our cleaner is starting today, really looking forward to going home to a clean house! :j

  • Delurking to say we were lucky with our 12 week scan pic, as she just printed one off and put it in the folder :rotfl:

£5 standard charge for the 20 week one though, which is extortionate. They must make a tidy profit there.
  • hi folks sorry been a while since posted, had my 12 weeks scan yesterday and they dating me 1 day ahead so now 12+3 so ill need to move to other board...hoping to see you all over there soon

i have been very lucky got a great bag of maternity clothes off facebay so not needing much.

Wow Niptuckfan a lot going on. Hope to see you there next week. I'll wait and move after my next scan. I told everyone after my last at 9.5 weeks, now just praying everything is ok after the next scan, I couldn't bare to tell everyone otherwise. Hopefully it'll all be fine - just usual worries. Someone said to me they never stopped worrying, they worry until their born, worry when they are and now her little boy is 10 and still worries about him. Think I'll just need to get used to the feeling haha.
  • nothing new from me, my nausea is reducing so that's a bonus.

the m-i-l has said she is available for all appointments to come along with me. Umm no thanks, i avoid having to spend any time around you, i've not going to do so on my own at private meetings!!! besides hubby will be joining me and if for what ever reason he can't, i will either go alone or with my own mother.
    hi :D

Glas your scan went welll *niptuckfan* :) see you on the next board soon I hope!

me-charlotte, I'm glad you're feeling less sick. That would be my response to my MIL as well :rotfl:

My sickness is getting worse, was off sick yesterday and I'm supposed to be working at home today but I feel so rotten I might just ring in sick and go back to bed. I've had so much time off this last few weeks that HR have contacted my boss to see what's wrong :o I'm so fed up of trying to be sick quietly at work and having to hold it if someone else comes in the loos, it's miserable :( Still, long weekend to look forward to, and we're meeting up with friends tomorrow if I feel up to it. Think we'll tell them our news as I'm 12 weeks on Sunday and no signs that anything has gone wrong since our early scan. I wish my dating scan was sooner, it's still 12 days away and it seems like an eternity!
