Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 4!!

Thought I would pop in. Got my BFP last Friday and am off to see the doctor tomorrow for them to book me in with the midwife. A bit of a surprise but I think I am about 8 weeks with Baby number 2, my 1st started school today x

Had my scan this morning, all is well except that they couldn't get any measurements. She did say that she think I may be a week further on than they thought at my early scan, so looks like I will be getting put forward to my original dates. So 13 weeks ish and due first week of March.

I have to go back a week on Monday for them to try and get measurements again and to date me properly.

Lulu - So happy for you, I have been keeping my eyes peeled for your BFP, my fingers are crossed this is your sticky bean xx

Hi kroberts, welcome! Congratulations!

2 days until my scan, getting excited/nervous! Still trying to figure out somewhere to live to fit our new arrival! I won't start panicking until November I've decided haha.

Might have to re home the cat - not very friendly at the best of times, will worry with a newborn.

Parents seem to have been buying lots of baby things! Definitely will need more room!

Afternoon everyone
I've had a rotten few days of morning sickness, but feeling so much better today. A week to go until my dating scan, relieved I'll be able to tell the rest of my colleagues soon as I've had so much time off sick that I'm starting to struggle with deadlines etc.

Given in and worn my maternity jeans today, I couldn't get my regular ones done up this morning! I've definitely got a noticeable bump by the evening, am wearing very loose tops for work to try and keep it quiet for a few more days!

Sweetilemon, one of my friends stayed in their 1 bed flat until their son was 1ish, but it was a large flat so they had space in their bedroom for the cot etc. Newborns don't really take up much room.
