Oh, Plantpot!! I really feel for you. What a day! I hope you're taking it easy now and resting? I'm so glad that the EPU were so good and that they are sensible enough to bring your 12 week scan forward to tomorrow. I will be thinking of you and I am sure it will all go wonderfully. Early night and take it easy.
Lollypops, please don't worry about it - I've had no sickness either. I think we should just consider ourselves rather lucky!

Good Luck With your scan PlantPot! I have just recently moved from Sheffield to Rotherham, so very near to you. I still have not decided if I will go to Rotherham Gen or Jessops.
Daisegg 34G's OMG...slightly jelous!! I am only a B cup and I have not notice any growth yet, just really hard and sensitive nipples.
Lollipops I am 8 weeks tomorrow and have had no sickness or nausea yet, so I am hoping it will stay that way now. I have seen loads of friends and family over the last few days and have told them I am expecting. A few who are mothers said they also had no symptoms, so I fee less worried now.0 -
Thanks Ladies, I have a friend who had a very healthy little boy just before Xmas and she had no sickness either so I know I should count my blessings rather than worry!
Hubby doesn't see point in reassurance scan either so think we will be waiting until 12wks unless I can convince him.Baby on board - EDD 29th Sept0 -

My first bleed was when I was about 6w4d - again, started out of nowhere as quite a gush and seemed far too heavy to me (especially with the clots), hence why I braced myself for the worst. It tapered off and stopped after a few hours. Barely filled a couple of pads eventually, which is the doctors indicator of how heavy/bad it is. Second bleed was at 9w4d (last Wednesday); again, started out of nowhere and was quite a gush. Barely filled a pad though and the doctor said it was minimal bleeding (didn't seem it to me!). Tapered off after a couple of hours and have gone back to my usual spotting since.
I don't know whether you should expect a bleed to be honest - I certainly wasn't expecting to have one! But when I was discussing my first bleed with a work colleague (who guessed I was pregnant after my absence and rushing to the loo frequently) she said it was probably an implantation bleed and was quite common. Might be best to just be aware it might be a possibility, and it may not happen to you! But if it does happen to you don't hesitate to go and get checked out - the doctors last week said to me they'd rather we go in and get checked out and reassured, rather than us sitting at home worrying ourselves sick.
As you say Disney, bleeding/spotting seems to be relatively common but one of those pregnancy things that no one seems to discuss with you until you've experienced it! Also, wonderful scan picture! So glad that all is going so well for you. :T

Thanks Mrs I and everyone else who's given advice re bleeding I'll just have to wait and see!0 -
I am sticking in underwire as long as possible. Not sure non-underwired would remotely contain my 34Gs!
Sorry if this is too personal but....has anyone else noticed any changes in their nipples?
No change in my nipples but all of a sudden my b00bs are so sore even lying down in bed argh!0 -
Good luck with your scan plantpot!
Welcome to the newbies and congrats on your bfps0 -
I am very excited to have got a 3+ on my CB digi today
maybe I am slightly further along than I thought I was. I know it is no guarantee of anything but it is just nice to know the hormones are increasing.

I got a nice strong positive this morning on a tesco own brand test. It's 25iu vs FRERs 10iu so not quite as dark as that one was. I'll test a bit during the week to make sure it's getting darker. (Insert obsessiveness here!!)
I'm so pleased to be a newbie. I've been an old timer on the TTC threads for so long.
I spent a lot of time googling info last night. I've never researched anything as it was too painful, so I'm having lots of fun finding out what is happening inside!!0 -
