I can finally say my scan is next week. 11 weeks today. Hope there's someone in there and they are ok. Happy weeks everyone x

Congrats! I'm 11+5 and scan on Thursday (12+1). Can't believe how fast and slow the time has passed.

Yay Tinkwinks! So happy to see you here on this thread! Many congrats:)

    Congrats to to Alizee :)

    Is anyone showing yet!?

YES (11 wks). But I had IVF bloating so think I got stretched earlier. But yes I have things I can't wear now because you can tell i'm pregnant (or have overeaten A LOT). I had to put one top away because it was a real struggle getting in and out of it.

Looked at prams yesterday. We don't know what we're doing! But on the advice of friends, deffo getting a from birth pushchair rather than a pram (we are on the moneysaving forum after all). OH wants a whizzy three-wheeler.

I'm more excited about nursery stuff. All the cots and moses baskets in John Lewis are loooooovely :o

Hi everyone. Got home last night from our weekend away and it was straight back to the grind.....and a day just as bad and stressful as most of last week was! And to make it worse I'm now on call so i could have a very tiring week. Fingers crossed the phone doesn't ring......

I feel like I've put on a ton of weight and I'm struggling with some clothes, still have loads of bloating and that coupled with the fact I'm eating loads (apart from today when I hardly had time) I'm needing to go looking for maternity clothes already! Got some in the Next VIP sale online the other day and since they have a generous 28 day returns, in the event that not all is well come my scan.......don't want to dwell on that but being realistic. Oh, since I have two holidays one week after the other in June, I popped into New Look on Saturday, got a bandeau maternity dress for lounging about in the sun, £20 down to £10, down to £6 so I thought I'd give it a bash....it went through at £4! Bargain of the week,

We also picked up the second stage car seat that my sister borrowed from DH for her wee ones and she still had her first stage one that she said we could take aswell. That will do me! My friend also offered me her pram which is in immaculate condition after one child so text her last night and asked how much she wants for it. She says I'm just to have it and includes pram, pushchair, cosy toes, changing bag, rain cover, stand for making it into a Moses basket type thingy and a sun shade. And even though we already have a cot she wants to give me a cotbed too!! She's fantastic! She's going to take pics and send me them to make sure I'm happy with the colour but I think I'll have to get Hera. Really nice thank you present!

Not looked at anything else but will be keeping my eyes and ears open after my scan next month, I'm going to be as MSE as possible when it comes to baby stuff!

Everyone moves on from here so quickly and without much ceremony I thought I'd remove someone by mistake who was still here.

We went looking yesterday as well! Although not in JL, but I may drag Mr P in there on Wednesday when we're 12 weeks :T We've pretty much decided to the 'travel system', what a stupid term, that we're getting. We've mainly gone off the findings from Which and our friend's recommendations.

I already know what I want the nursery to look like and where the different furniture will go. I want white furniture, walls to be neutral with possibly wall paper on one wall and pops of colour in the decoration.

I've been feeling the fabric of baby grows in a couple of stores and the ones I felt in A$DA were nice and soft.
