What a beautiful morning it is! Todays goals are....
1. Make a huge batch of chicken, leek and potato soup
2. Clear the decks of washing up
3. Put laundry away
4. QCF work
5. finish tidying bedroom.
I have church todat so may not all get done if the service overuns too much or i get lazy and demotivated, but here's hoping!Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Well, i did make my soup (7 pots in freezer) and i did do the majority of the washing up...but not a lot else achieved. I feel sluggish and pensive and depressed...my usual holiday feeling. once i've rested up the break from stucture and routine does me no good. been having periods of feeling very panicky this evening and i hate going back to feeling this way.
tomorrow i think i am just focusing on my QCF. i'd planned on getting lots done in the holidays and i've not touched it. hopefully i'll feel better once some of it is done.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Hi tmbg,
It is really difficult to keep focused but it sounds like you're back on plan. I'm sorry to hear you say that you've been feeling down - I hope you feel better after a good night's sleep.
I think it's a good idea to take one day at a time, and keep posting on here. I didn't manage to do my own diary this week due to a very busy time, and found a few little spends creeping in - nothing major, but it can soon add up. Writing on here (and knowing that others will nicely challenge you on things) is an excellent motivator.
Good luck with everything and Happy Easter! xDebt remaining:

Wow time has sped by! I did put the laundry away, and i went for a walk which cleared my head a lil and made a meal plan for the week. Just put some hm chips in the oven and will be having them with salmon...yum! I must try to have fish twice a week-it's fairly cheap frozen in aldi.
Not looking forward to going back to work on tues but the routine will be good for me. still, church bbq tomorrow to get through first.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
I didn't have fun at the church funday today. i was roped into facepainting-i don't have an artistic bone in my body and i just felt so sorry for the kids and so guilty for what i was doing to them! When i got released from facepainting i wandered around a bit and then sat down and i just felt so separated and alone and horrible so i went home and just criedand cried and cried. I hate feeling like this.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0

I just can't shake off the blues right now. I seem trapped in spirals of negative self worth and i'm crying all the time and struggling so hard with self-destructive thoughts and wanting to run away or just hide in my wardrobe abnd i really don't need to feel like this. It's not necessary-it's silly but i just ca't shift it and then i feel guilty for being unable to shift it. i hate this.Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0
