  • okay okay, you've inspired me to go do some washing up!
Payday tomorrow and for the first time i'm not real excited about it. It's not, how to put it, because i'm signed up to janus illusion it doesn't mean that i get money tomorrow i get more money. maybe it's a good thing to not view the money as mine and to fritter it away. sigh.

  • that is true, although i need to wait a few days, as soon as i get my cc statement i'll be able to call ladder loans and pay off as much cash as i have left and use my 0% card for fuel this month...hoping to have ladder loans cleared by next month...then i will be squeeing!

  • Sooo...fell off the wagon, almost without realizing it. Debt has increased and I'm feeling panicky again. I just find it so hard to keep up momentum! I've got a promotion at work which means a few more quid each month and next month will get paid for my respite work last week.
Got productive today and washed most of the outside of my caravan and started hanging up the clean clothes from laundry mountain after cleaning my bedroom yesterday. Used food from the freezer to make bolognese in the slow cooker.
I think i need to start posting daily, a morning to do list and evening round up if i can to keep motivation up. Hope some of y'all will cheer me along!

  • Good Morning my fellow debt free wannabees!
I had a wonderful nights sleep and feel much refreshed!
So far this morning I have checked online banking and seen this months credit card statement. I spent over £500 on the card last month :-O I couldn't even tell you what on! the only tangibles i have to show for it are a zipped hoodie and a dvd and i know their cost was £18. i am truly appalled by myself. But it is done now, time to pick myself up and move on. with that in mind i made the minimum payment to the card and updated my spreadsheets. So todays to-do list...
    1. shower and wash hair
    2. clear the decks of dishes
    3. finish tidying room and putting laundry mountain away
    4. complete 3q's on my qcf to finish this unit
    5. update spreadsheets to reflect any spends at the end of the day
    6. eat leftovers from yesterday and from stores

    Happy saving everyone!
