I get the impression that Clarins and Pixi are pretty similar so I'm not sure if you would see a difference. I never used toner before Pixi so I suppose that is why I liked it.

I assumed that might be the case, although if so it will be nice to have a choice, will work out price per ml (different size bottles), postage if any etc. I live in a delightful but small town miles from anywhere so need to check on delivery charge versus fuel and parking costs. Local chemist stocks Clarins and Lancome and sometimes offers a 10 or 15% discount.:D

Just time to say may the rest of your year be as happy as your birthday was, littlepinkstars!
Hope all those going on holiday have safe journeys and wonderful times.
I am going on a 5 day coach break in May and as I literally need almost nothing this year I'm busy planning what to take out of the stash already!
I gave my little travel bottles to DGD to take to Italy but I have a couple of empty/near empty BS bottles that I can wash out, and little pots too.

For the last couple of years I used my Lush Seanik as travel shampoo, it saw hotel rooms in Manchester, Cornwall and the Isle of Wight.

A tiny part of me is going "Go on, get another one..."

    That way, madness lies...

    Good morning ladies.

Fiasco, are you an early bird or a very late one?:D I hope that your back is better soon.

Thanks Maddiemay - I am a night owl anyway but I just don't have the time during the day to catch up on here.

PM me if you'd like another of the Balance Me hand creams, I tried mine a couple of times but found the scent too overpowering, I'll happily pop it in the post if you'll make use of it.

I had a similar problem checking out on sites using Google Chrome, switched to Firefox, all good ever since :D

I'm constantly a few pages behind at the moment as the thread flies along! I have one UU, Balance Me Otto Rose body wash - WBA - not usually a massive fan of rose scented products but I can see what all the hype is about on this one, its lovely. I also have an IN - L'Oreal Preference Conditioner, not that I've coloured my hair yet but it is desperate, my greys are showing through! Well ladies, I've not had much chance to pamper or UU this last week as with the bathroom being ripped out I was washing in the kitchen sink for most of last week and flushing half a loo with a bucket of water!! :rotfl:All worth it though, as of Saturday afternoon I now have a finished brand spanking new bathroom which is an oasis of calm and a mecca to pampering :smileyhea

If you'd like to see and someone can explain how, I'll try and post some pics - those bath bombs in the stash will soon be toast, the bathroom is now a place to relax and recharge, not to get in and out of as quickly as possible! :j

Thanks emsjune - what a lovely offer but I have to say I am not loving it either and the bf says he can't stand the smell too!. Oh and I can't wait to see the new bathroom pics.

Happy birthday littlepinkstars - enjoy using your fab gifts.

Still no other movement on the PP list.

Just not going to tell my mum I dont like it as she will only get annoyed!

Ooh that's a tricky one, if she's anything like my Mum she will buy it again and again because you said you liked it. LOL

Still slow going here and no movement on my PPs either. I'm still clinging onto my NBI status for January and I have UU the free samples I got from the hairdressers, so all things are equal. I decided to hold onto my purse and GA a couple of L'Occitane GWP bits as a gift, so that makes me feel slightly less bad about the Murad resurfacing peel things I have on order for February INs.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes, I really was spoiled this year but am looking forward to using all these lovely presents :)

And one UU to kind of balance the scales...lol!
    Lush Snowman bath bomb

Nothing special about it really, gave the bath a nice scent and colour....and my skin did feel quite nice when I stepped out the bath.
Can't buy again as it's only a Christmas product, but still have another one in the stash to use.

Is this the melting snowman melt? I used the head of mine at weekend in the bath and it was lovely. I also used the Lush fairy shaped massage bar (Emma's) but was not very happy with it. It smelt overly sweet and left my bath with a pink ring (reminded me of Cat in the Hat) that was really difficult to scrub off.

So my new PP list :-

    Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cleanser
    [STRIKE]TBS Seaweed Toner[/STRIKE]
    Vaseline hand cream
    TBS Cranberry Joy hand cream
    LE Orange Flower hand wash
    L'Occitane Verbena body scrub
Molten Brown Ylang Ylang shower gel
Molten Brown Ylang Ylang body lotion
    NSPA BB Cream
    Elemis Neck and Bust Cream

I'm quite confident that the first two items will be gone by the end of this week giving me 8 products to have a go at in Feb.

As predicted the toner has gone. Will refill my 30ml spritzer bottle with LE IBST from the 200ml bottle I need to open tonight.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

emsjune - if you upload your photos to photobucket and follow the instructions you can share them on here. I managed it without any real idea how to do it so I have no doubt at all that you will be able to work it out too.

Parisian - I have the Raspberry Glazed shower gel and it is so gorgeous, it is more than just raspberry scented it is so warming and sweet.

VALM - I like the Clinique Naturally Glossy Mascara - it does exactly what it says.

To remove eye makeup I like Clinique Take the day off, Clarins Instant or for a budget choice the Garnier 2 in 1.

I cracked open a bottle of BS Satsuma shower gel and matching body butter this morning and me and my bathroom still smell like freshly squeezed oranges, what lovely products.

    ok time to fess up!
just happened to be on Benefit site and needed some porefessional primer ....well they had a boxing day set which was supposed to save you lots of money(I forget figures!)and another set of stuff in the sale plus a free mini porefessional and two free samples and free post......what could I do??????
in my defence I did need the primer and will probably sell 2/3 of the second set stuff (it does work out cheaper than buying the full size individual ones honest :)

this really has to be the end tho as we approach frugal February!

I do usually use Clinique Lash Power mascara but feel like treating myself to YSL.

Sounds like a lovely day (and you even sound as though you get some pleasure out of visiting your dentist!). I've got my hair appointment tomorrow night. Have gone well over my usual appointment time and am looking/feeling haggard.
