I have an OUT to report - Burt's Bees Thoroughly Therapeutic Honey & Grapeseed Oil Hand Cream. WBA as it smells nice and was very moisturising, even if it was a bit of a LHJ! I have a small pot of another Burt's Bees hand cream in my stash so will start using that tomorrow.

This is why I have loads of Benefit - I said I liked it once when I was 18 and have consequently been given it for almost every birthday! I can guarantee whatever the other thing was I would have loads of it, whereas in my view there's no one brand that's great at everything and they all do different things well (although Bobbi Brown probably comes closest).

I've finally got a couple more use ups to report from my Project Pan list. I tried the Givenchy Dahlia Noir Eau de Toilette sample and was surprised to find that I actually quite liked it. Normally I don't go for flowery scents and prefer stronger, spicier perfumes such as Opium and Cinnabar, but this was pleasant and quite subtle. I also used up the Boots Natural Collection Coconut Moisture Intensive Hair Shot 15ml. This smelt nice and my hair feels soft after using it, but it was nothing fantastic. I will probably have to wash my hair again tomorrow as I expect it will look greasy as I used the product all over my hair whereas I normally just condition the ends. I have another one of these in my stash, but I don't think I would buy it again.

I've had a clearout of my old make-up and have some TAs to report!

2 Bad Gal Black eyeliners - these are probably over 10 years old! I use them maybe once a year for Halloween. I'm sure they aren't good for our eyes now so have chucked them!

Sample of Lancome Hypnose Drama mascara - this is about a year old and was from ebay and was a bit old when I received it! Decided to chuck away!

Maybelline Dream Lumitouch Highlighting concealer - this is old and too orange for my skin and has rubbish coverage. A bad combination - thrown away.

Sample size Clinique Redness solutions soothing cleanser - this must be at least a year old and I have even tried it because I love my hot cloth cleansers too much! - thrown away.

2 UUs!

Nair Hair Removal Cream 200ml - all used up sorting out me armpits!

I did my nails last night and UU'd a 250ml bottle of Superdrug Nail Polish remover. I have another in stash.

so 7 outs not bad....

Evening ladies,

I haven't posted for ages because my UU for January have just been soooo slow. I have finally managed a couple, well some are going to finish very soon so I am listing them anyway!

Dove spray deodorant - I don't normally count deodorant as a UU because I don't have a stash but since I only really use roll ons now this spray had been hanging around for a few years so I just wanted it gone

BS Hemp hand cream - should be finished tonight although I will try unrolling the tube and rolling it up again to get it all :money: I much prefer the scent of L'Occitane shea hand cream so probably WNBA. I have a nearly empty Neals Yard honey hand cream to polish off now (I had to take it out of my handbag because it was making such inappropriate noised on the bus )

BS Dreams Unlimited perfume - it was a nice everyday perfume but probably WNBA as I have so many perfumes to UU and it was not that special

I have one In for the whole of January so far, a Botanics night cream as I am actually running low on night creams!

UU a hot oil treatment on my hair at the weekend. Usually do a treatment on my hair once a week but don't have a huge stash of hair treatment products. Not even sure if I'll bother getting a replacement when everything in my stash is used up.


Popped into Boots after work as I have lost my little brush I keep in my handbook and wanted to get a replacement. Luckily where I live we only have a small Boots so no danger of going mad. Managed to get myself a replacement brush but also noticed they had Sensodyne on 3 for 2. We're either on our last tube or we have one left so thought it a good idea to get some whilst it's on offer. Don't tend to overstock toothpaste so no big disaster.


Couple of things on my PP list look like they may be finished in the next week. Have thought of another item to add which is Solutions Sweet Finish Sugar Scrub for the face. I do actually quite like this but getting bored of it now and have another one in the stash.

Welcome girlybags, i am kinda the same with my buying patterns, last year was face creams, the year before that toners and cleansers, this year i seem to have been more conservative but everyone else seems to have bought me body lotions & butters!

Wild Rose & Rasberry leaf 500ml Body lotionWDNBA This was positively vile stuff i tried it on my skin when you tried to rub it in it turned to a grubby black mess despite starting off smelling quite pleasant. It got re purposed to toilet cleaner in my no waste theory.

This takes me to no Ins and 5 UUs this year.

Tonight 1 UU: Simple face wash. WMBA as it did the trick but I have replaced it with a Dermalogica foaming wash from my stash and have a couple more to UU after that before I think about buying any more!
