6/10 NSD's for me today.
Mainly due to having next to no money till next Friday. I guess that's what happens when you start a new job a few weeks before payday!
Hopefully I can keep this up for next month too!Sealed Pot Challenge No 3060 -
Am declaring NSD no 8 today and
4 in a row.
If I can last till the weekend, I will be ecstatic. Think I might fail at the weekend as will be doing long 13 hour shifts and I always associate these with giving myself a foodie treat from nice coffee shop:(One debt in 100 days £384/1264(£865 left)Pay all your debt off by xmas 2014 £276/18864NSD 4 and 4 in a row0 -
Oh dear brokemedic....that F-word is NOT ALLOWED in this challenge
, Especially when you're declaring your 8th NSD and 4-in-a-row. The only F-word that's appropriate is FANTASTIC :j
Sometimes we don't quite meet our targets but we do not fail
And depending on your rules, if you budget for a wee treat and don't go over the budget, maybe you could claim a NSD?SPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0 -

Brokemedic - Well done with NSD # 8 :j:j and 4-in-a-row :j:j Noooooooo. You won't FAIL. We don't FAIL. Go wash your mouth out.You could always include a small treat in your NSD rules so that you're not tempted to spend more. Sometimes it's easy to think well I've bought that treat so I may as well keep spending. But obviously they're your rules and need to work for you.

Nonono you might not acheive,:o you might have a challenging time:mad:, maybe you even get weak, but you don't f--l , we don't f--l, we just learn...
13 hours nights are never going to be easy, can you keep out of the coffee shop by taking a flask or a cake from home??
Pretend the shop is shut or simply don't take any money - denying yourself on that type of schedule is going to be hard, so find another way to have a treat.....and if none of these tips works, we haven't f---led we just need to rethink :rotfl:Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

Yesterday was NSD 7 :j
No chance today as it's DD2's birthday AND I've been to the Boots 70% off sale. I am, however, stocked up on luxury toiletries for the year for the family (because I freely admit I'm picky and spoilt on that score!), mother's day gifts, Easter presents for teens (instead of overpriced chocolate), decent quality make up for me and four Christmas presents for the grand total of £70And I even checked the price per ml on each item before buying! Probably looked like a bit of a fool with my calculator out in the middle of boots but I just didn't care
