Important to remember you did nothing wrong. If spurious claims are made (of whatever nature) you point out exactly what you said upthread - that nothing was raised during time of employment. I'm sure as Greying said it's just a box tick. Don't let it ruin precious time off.0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

Thanks people. I do tend to over analyse. Have my laptop home with me so will do a bit of client work, for a client I particularly like. Will also slightly reduce pressure for tomorrow. Apart from that, I will just have a pickling Sunday populating my bookcase and hopefully creating some order elsewhere. Did I mention that OH's parents are coming to stay in may. Well rid of that employee by sounds of things, I'd be furious too given what they've done and how they've done it. So unprofessional. Hope you get things settled with the Staff Partner next week and the waves they've caused die down.
That's a pretty good rate on your ISA too, can't wait for my annual mortgage statement to arrive but no idea when it is due :rotfl:Back on the DFW Wagon:

Today I finally caught myself on. Was sitting feeling miserable when the obvious occurred. I'd only continue to feel miserable if I continued to sit and brood about things. So got to my feet and made some small progress with the chaos that is my house. Didn't get everything done that I wanted but some stuff has gone once and for all and will not be replaced. This includes approx 100 floppy disks and the case. Each one broken and magnetic media sliced. Have also moved cookery books from kitchen cupboard to bookcase giving me some much needed space in the kitchen. Didn't get around to filling it but know exactly what needs to go in there so it will happen this week. Nothing on fleabay as OH caught the decluttering bug and sorted through a lot of stuff now en route to the recycling. Transferred all necessary op to the mortgage. It ended up the £5 grocery voucher, £7 towards a bill that we met from own funds, £2 for two lunch from home days all tted to £20 so, have a look at my updated sig. Also updated on the 2015 thread. Still a few places that haven't yet got off the blocks but there's still time. Once again I am grateful for

Thanks everyone. Well yesterday was a bit odd. My departed staff member apparently did a hatchet job but not on me, on the staff member whose job she thought she should have. To some degree it's a bit of a storm in a teacup expanded upon by the hr manager who likes to make herself feel important. She's one of those who does it by currying favour and not communicating while doing the minimum to get by in her post. She's an overhead I resent having to contribute to. Anyhow, while there's more to come, it's all workable. So am currently back home to get ready to work having dropped dd at the airport at early o'clock. Was out for dinner last night with some friends. Had kinda forgotten about it, tried to wriggle out but felt bad and went. In reward, I received poor service, indifferent food and a creme brûl!e that came served with fresh cream! Am still struggling to get my head round that one. Still feeling a bit flat but we've all made it thru blue Monday. Hopefully things will improve from here.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I know the type all too well INOD  !! I'm not being sexist either - there are just as many men trying to play in that game.
A job is for doing - not looking good in. Its not a dress!! If you look good, maybe its because you perform well and if so, well done you :T!!
One day these fakes will be on the scrap heap and the honest workers will inherit the earth!!
Rant over!!

Glad the hatchet job was aimed elsewhere and workable INOD.
Still think the ex staff member will get what she deserves. My mum has often commented that the issue with my workplace (where everytime we get rid of the B*tch someone else takes over) is that there is a B*tch vacuum that the manager needs to step into and command respect fromI have always found it hilarious and am not really that kind of person, but since my boss stepped in to be the one... all has gone quiet with the usual suspects
Am waiting for the day I inherit then Brogden
