Deep breath . . . and, since '80's music was being talked about up-thread - on a day that's carp - just keep Julian Cope in mind with the wonderful "World Shut Your Mouth".
Take care.
Thankyou, have had a bit of a wake-up call about the whole ostrich thing this past weekend and a realisation that it never helps to bury your head and ignore things. I know I still will, it's in my nature I think, I am a natural worrier haha but I will try to be better! Oh good, another music recommendation. Have not heard that one, will take a listen. Thankyou for your message. Hope you are good x0 -
, I did not sleep for worrying about it. I know it's my own fault and yes, I did know that I was treading water - But I had tried my best and made a payment every week albeit not the full amount. So it is no surprise that it caught up with me but I honestly felt sick with anxiety.0

one place to look in the taxi is down by the seat belt holders in the back seat, - a friend of ours (she passed away last yr) but her and her hubby owned their taxi - she took me and dd out with her and her grandson, the kids were fiddling in back and came up with lighter, £10 note and some loose change - that was after the car had been for a valet. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Sorry to hear about the stress weekend. At least you got someone to agree to a more management payment plan.
And the list of positives sound good.
Fingers crossed things keep improving.0 -
Just dropping in to say hi, looking forward to reading more of your diary.
Best of luck on the job hunt, I'm sure with your motivation and hard work something will come up for you.
You sound a lot like me, ostrich and worrying etc so I know what a relief it can be when things start going smoothly. After your weekend, you will be glad to have a better repayment plan to run with.
Keep up the good work.£2 Savers Club 2014 #74 - £4840 -

I know! It was a total nightmare but I am glad in one way as it has made me confront my problems a lot more and I now feel more in control and back on track!
Ahh I know my niece is such a little character, she always has me laughing! (although I think I may have been taking up residence in a mental home if I had to hear Wind The Bobbin' Up one more time!) :rotfl: How old is your grandson? Ahh yes kids do just cheer you up and make you see how important and joyful the little things in life are. Hope the film was good and hope work was OK and you got lots done.
Thanks xx0 -

I really hope I have some luck soon, I can't wait to be out of the house and have my own independence and more of a life back. It's sad but money really does control everything! I am not going to give up though :j
Oh yes, being a worrier is really draining at times isn't it? I just seem to get overwhelmed a lot but trying to keep calm and carry on as they say! And yes I have made my week's payment for rent today and I am now back on track.
Best wishes to you, hope you have had a lovely day x0 -
My little list of positives:
* Got a load of washing done and out on the line while it was dry
* Applied for three jobs.
* Started on my housework and getting my house clean, tidy and organised again!
* Sorted through cupboards and fridge, binned anything that was off and worked out what needed to be used up first
* Peeled and chopped spuds ready to mash for tea f
* Made an apple crumble.
* Added to bag of stuff for sister and BIL - just bits from cupboard we won't eat or use up
* Sorted out paperwork
* Remembered to put paper/glass etc recycling bin out (I have managed to miss the collection of this since Christmas so you can imagine how crammed to the top it is)0
