    Instead of taking your clothes to 'cash them in' have a look for some local selling sites on facebook.


    Just go on to fb and type in 'items for sale in xxx, there are hundreds of them. Instant cash, no fees, its a bit like ebay but people come to your door, pay you the money and that's it.
    All you need is a fb account and a camera.
    And good luck, keep posting.

    Thankyou. I really think it is a great way of reflecting on the day in a more positive light. I will definitely try and keep this habit up as I find it quite motivating to read back on, last night I had a bit of a wobble - 'a what is the point in even trying?!' moment and I read back on my positives from the day and felt better! :)
