May I also remind you that MSE is about sharing correct information. It is not about giving you information that will just agree with you which is what you appear to be looking for.

What it is most definitely not about is sharing information that you can then go and get legitimate costs refunded whilst denying all knowledge of the correct information that you have been told about.

no one is suggesting that people cant share correct information, and no one has suggested about agreement. in regards to "legitimate" refund costs, I again stand by what I said and clearly the phone company agrees also, "denying information" no body on this thread has denied this.
