How weird. We had one for dinner yesterday I found.
It was 'just' in date and was fine.
Don't see what can go wrong as it's tinned and meat already cooked... Open it and see!

    Morning all,

Just a quick note to say that I wasted £3.99 yesterday on buying 200g pack of chocolate brazil nuts and they tasted odd

Have updated my totals, so this leaves me £122.63 for January.

I am not going out today so it will be a NSD.

I will try and catch up with you all over the weekend.

    Peony x

Gulp - where do they all sit? How do you get all that food in the oven, at once. I'm stunned. This is huge and is blowing my mind a little, but I bet it's great fun. Have a great time. x

    It's brilliant and I love it :)
Luckily, our family lives near so we all get together every other Sunday. We have 3 daughters with hubbies and 9 children between them, my sister with hubby and 2 children, my mum and us. We knocked 2 rooms into one for dining room and we have the most wonderful time :)
It is expensive, but our biggest expense and well worth it just to have our family around us and keep those special ties. What's that old saying? A family who eats together stays together?
We consider ourselves very, very lucky :)

    Good Morning.
I really need to get my food inventory finished today... it's starting to bug me as I hate being disorganized.
I've also got to get a new spending diary, will pop out later and get one.
    Have a good day x

I had nappies given to me yesterday, so no spend there.
I asked my Dad to fetch my 4 bottles of pepsi max and a loaf of bread, and all that he asked for was 2 £1 coins and he gave them straight back to my children for pocket money. So another NSD. 4 out of 4 not bad!! I wont need anything tomorrow as going to eat out of freezer tonight and pie tomorrow. So I must get online today and tomorrow and meal plan for the rest of the week, now christmas is over i wont be going to mr M for the vouchers, so can keep track online at mr A until mr M start to deliver in my area ;) (hopefully middle of year, meat is much better quality there!)

This is my dream as my children are now growing older and my eldest has started a family - there's ten of us all together at the moment but I do try and foster this type of family event, I will be delighted if in future I have 22 for dinner every other sunday
