First trouble, I was hoping to try this but worried to downshift on detergent and hair & beauty products, I do have a quite sensitive scalp and allergies. Might buy a small box of value washing powder and see how i go.

The wheatgerm lightens the baseHi WTBSE
For the base
375g of bread flour
125g of wheatgerm If you have no wheatgerm just use 500g of bread flour. I add the wheatgerm for health reasons.
teaspoon of salt
tablespoon of sugar
a 7g sachet of yeast
2x tablespoons of oil or butter
300ml warm water
Mix and kneed for a few minutes. Leave for 10-15 minutes then kneed again and split in to 4.
Roll out to the best shape to fit your trays
Par bake for 5-6 minutes, then I freeze them and top when I need a quick dinner or use as garlic breads with cheese :j
The sauce is different on each one, one is a mix of bbq sauce and tomato puree the other tomato puree and chilli sauce.
I then top with half a packet of Sainsburys 99p pepperoni or left over chicken.
These bases really are life saver to me with the hours I work. I can have a dinner made that everybody loves within 15 minutes of being home. I always have at leat 4 in the freezer
Any lo are lovely cold for lunch the next day as well WTBSE.£36/£240
