Becks, the whole 6lbs couldn't have been pure fat unless you were eating stacks and stacks and stacks.. If you can stick to the plan and eat lots of superfrees then I bet you lose that next week!! Well done - some amazing losses there! And good luck to those of you aiming to turn things around.
Review of Thursday's plan.
Breakfast - ML raspberry & cranberry yogurt with banana, grilled kippers & hexb toast - kippers & toast turned into a bacon butty with a little tomato sauce (1 syn)
Lunch - Ham & Veg omelette, salad (got to use it up before it rots, lol) - Feeling lousy, didn't eat anything
Dinner - Macaroni & Broccoli Cheese (SW recipe), grapes
Snacks to be decided, but will probably include crackers (definitely 2 syns each) no - a SF caramel treat (4.5 syns) - who was that bad influence, lol? - and a chocolate digestive (4 syns)
Total: 9.5 syns
Plan for Friday
Breakfast - poached eggs, beans, hexb toast
Lunch - leftover macaroni, beetroot, salad, fruit
Dinner - Lemony tray roast pork (SW recipe), mixed veg, fruit

No, you didn't miss anything 2b, you're doing an excellent job keeping tabs. As a target member I don't go to WI every week so if it's easier for the chart put last week down as STS as well.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I agree Becks. I wish I'd been there to give you a big hug after WI. I'm a great believer that weight that goes on quickly comes off quickly and I admire you so much for sticking with it despite this setback. If you think Success Express is too much, just up your superfrees, especially veg.
craftywitch, I think listening to your body is very sensible. Like Becks said with bread lots of people just don't get on with certain foods. As other carbs seem fine for you just experiment with no pasta.0 -
I'm back to EE today having had mainly Green & Red during the week:
B - Bacon, Egg & mushrooms
L - Ham salad sandwich (HEB + 1 syn for LTL mayo instead of spread)
D - Fish, chips & peas; fresh pineapple for pud
HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day
Syns - Lighter than Light Mayo 1; 2 glasses of red - 12
Have bananas, satsumas, pineapple & watermelon to pick on as and when needed.
Need to buy some more Mullers as have run out.

Morning folks.
Feel like I have a food hangover today!! Anybody ever get that.
Had a yucky day yesterday - the day dragged in at work, a family member really hurt me and when I went to wi I'd 0.5 lbs on after I'd had a good week!!
Getting pretty fed up to be honest with these stuck stages! It gets very frustrating after a while and I kind of feel like the pressure of being a bridesmaid later in the summer is really getting to me.
So anyway I walked out and went and got a Chinese!
I almost wish I got weighed once a month as this weekly up and down etc does nothing for my mood and as I think I have said before my whole mood and how I feel about myself can be dictated by the number on the scales on a thurs.
So anyway that's were we are # fed up!
I've a yogurt and a Mugshot with me today to eat as I didn't bother to do my shopping last night. I'm out tonight at a do and its a 3 course soup, chicken & veg dinner - I'll pass on dessert.
I'm going to look into doing success express myself this week and do my shopping tomorrow and will start back on it then.
Good luck to anyone else struggling - Becks well done for being so brave and honest posting here. Take it each day at a time.
Seabee & Shala - I watched the Sugar Programme. It was interesting - though didn't really give me any conclusive thoughts other than no carb is a disaster - the jury's still out on sugar.
Its so frustrating though - the more I hear I just think what are earth are we meant to eat!!!

Becks - Sorry to hear about your gain but well done for having the guts to post on this thread. Take one day at a time. You could lose these 6lbs again in the next 2 weeks. Could you try 3 success express days over each of the 2 weeks? Or perhaps stick to red days? I know a good few people who always seem to lose more whilst on the red plan? You can still have spuds as a hex b choice if you felt like it..Just draw a line under the gain. Pick up the peices and try again. That is all you can do.

Lantanna - Sorry you had a gain. It is only a small one though which you can easily claw back next week. I get cheese hangovers. Good idea on the success express for this coming week.

B - Cherry muller followed by an orange
L - tuna in soy sauce with carrot batons, mushrooms, pepper & half an onion
D - Chicken in a bag (3 syns???) with new potatoes as hex b, broccoli & Cauliflower
snacks - milk hex a, pineapple, whittards posh hot choc ( 5 - using milk from hex a). Alpen light x 2 as 2nd hex b

Morning everyone, thank you for the very warm welcome. I found three SW recipe books from years back in a box for the charity shop. Unfortunately, I can't find my original weigh in book that gives you all the syns etc but I'm sure if I keep reading it will all flood back
I'll meal plan tonight and shop tomorrow. My weight this morning was 13 st 10.5 so three and a half stone to lose. I'm going to tackle it in quarter stones at a time
I also dusted off (and unwrapped, the Shred DVD I've only had for about two years) I'm thinking if I start it tomorrow too I might be too sore to keep moving to the kitchen for food:rotfl:0
