Oh how i hope to be a loser tomorrow when i weight in,
To be honest i feel a lot lighter this last couple of days, i got into the habit of weighing myself every morning, yes, i know i shouldnt and i havent weighed since monday so im breaking the habit. so im hoping for a 2lb loss at least.
Todays menu has been
B - 2 Weetabix Skimmed Milk
L - Mullerlight, Banana, Orange, Pear
T - Slow Cooker 1/2 Chicken & a little Savory Rice
2 Teas, 4 Water
45mins Cross Trainer, 45mins Spin.My mind tends to wander............If found please return;)
I can spell...................I just cant type0 -
Good evening all.
Welcome to all the newbies and older members returning, I was a lurker back then but welcome back Macpep!
WI for me this evenng and I am please to report a 2lb loss
If Im honest I was hoping for more, but I wont complain, takes my total to 8lbs in 3 weeks which isn't bad, also got my first shiny which is always nice!
Toomuchworry - since you are going it alone, do you know about the super speed foods and that are meant to speed up your weight loss. My favs are strawberry, raspberries and melon. I tend to buy these frozen so I can just take a portion when I want to. I also try and drink more.
I will take my own advise and make a conscience effort to drink more water this week, I have a water cooler all to myself in my office so I really have no excuse.
I'm another that have now added kiwi's to my shopping list. I also tried papaya for the first time this week, this is going back on my list. I was surprised at how nice it is.
I have found this week tougher then usual, Im not sure if it is the colder weather or what but I have been cravng the naughties. I have decided to do what I think a few of you do and have a treat of some sort at night. I'm thinking if I carry on being tough on myself as I have been and banning everything naughty Im heading for an almighty binge. So Fredo's have gone on my shopping list along with the kiwis :rotfl:
Well done to the losers that weighed in today, and good luck for anyone weighing in tomorrow.
Hope everyone is doing ok - let us know how you're doing Frogga and TIE?0 -
Good evening/morning
Well done, beanie.
review of Thursday's Plan
Breakfast - muesli, apple & milk (hexa and hexb)
Lunch - tuna jacket with salad, pear
Dinner - fish with cherry tomato sauce & sauteed potatoes, ML vanilla yogurt, banana and 25g dried fruit (3.5 syns)
I didn't have apple at breakfast (running out of fruit today). I finished off my homemade vegetable soup at lunchtime, with the planned pear (and no bread). Dinner was going to be later so I had 1 slice wholemeal from a big loaf (4) with tuna, spring onion and 1 tsp light mayo (1).Main course as planned with Brussels sprouts. Forgot to have the dried fruit. Finished the day with a cherry bakewell Alpen Light bar (3), so total syns = 8.
Friday's plan
Breakfast - French toast, strawberries/blueberries
Lunch - don't know (I'll be at hairdresser)
Dinner - peppered steak, chips and broccoli - 0.5syns
fruit salad & yogurt
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Talking of drinking water, i downloaded an app for my phone and i enter what i drink in a day. It shows me if i am on trac for drinking enough. You can enter your own daily target, and your own sizes of drinks and reminders too. its called Carbodroid and its a picture of an android which fills up with your water during the day lol. He's quite cute!
Anyway shockingly i only drank half what I should have yesterdayi set my daily targat as 2 litres. you can also set it to imperial or mettric which i liked

Crikey only missed a day or so and so much to read!
Congratulations to the losers and maintainers, and encouraging thoughts being sent to the gainers.
I thought I'd done a massive shop last weekend - veg, fruit etc. I can't believe how quickly we get through it all and how much I eat!0
