Heh, it's a throwback from my alcohol issue days, does wonders for a hangover.
I can't drink it at room temperature and often bounce some ice in there at home!x
eeewww I can't drink water with ice. It takes my breath away and makes me feel like I'm drowning! Luckily it doesn't have that effect in a glass of pimm :cool:0 -

Today's green day;
B - Mashed Banana and cinnamon on 2 slices of toast (2xHEB)
L - Quorn Jambalaya, Raspberry and chocolate Mullerlight.
D - Vegetable pasta bake, topped with 2xHEA cheese. Going to use the huge pasta shells (Conchiglioni) to make it a bit more interesting as it goes a lovely mix of chewy and crunchy).
Melon, grapes, pineapple, strawberries for pud.
No syns today. Might keep it that way or I might 'splash out' later on something sweet.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
