    Heh, it's a throwback from my alcohol issue days, does wonders for a hangover.

    I can't drink it at room temperature and often bounce some ice in there at home!x

    eeewww I can't drink water with ice. It takes my breath away and makes me feel like I'm drowning! Luckily it doesn't have that effect in a glass of pimm :cool:

    Actually now you mention it, haven't had kiwis for a couple of weeks and I notice that things haven't been moving as much so to speak. Will definitely make sure they're on the shopping list this week!

  • Today's green day;

    B - Mashed Banana and cinnamon on 2 slices of toast (2xHEB)

    L - Quorn Jambalaya, Raspberry and chocolate Mullerlight.

    D - Vegetable pasta bake, topped with 2xHEA cheese. Going to use the huge pasta shells (Conchiglioni) to make it a bit more interesting as it goes a lovely mix of chewy and crunchy).
    Melon, grapes, pineapple, strawberries for pud.

    No syns today. Might keep it that way or I might 'splash out' later on something sweet.

    I hate kiwi's! :p

    thanks all.. I am just glad to get the scales moving again.. just hope it does roll on to next week, have a visitor coming at the weekend and can see a few meals out.. will have to be disciplined ;)

    today has been:
    B: banana + coffee.. was mad busy!
    L: beans and cheese on toast (A+B) apple
    T: stir fry veg with quorn 'chicken' bits + noodles (soy sauce and blue dragon chilli + garlic stir fry sauce 5 syns, but has made 2 meals so 2.5)

    dessert: muller raspberry/choc yoghurt + blueberries

    snack: slimfast choc bar 4.5

    not drank enough water.. will have to try and get some down..

    the quorn was half price in Tesco so thought i'd give it a try.. not too bad at all in the stir fry.. have mince and sausages to try too!
