Not only is breast feeding making me hungry but I have gone onto the injection again as I don't want another LO anytime soon! I think the injection helped me put on the original weight too
I'm just struggling with snacking when I'm home with baby!
I started having the injection about a year ago and was rapidly putting on weight. I joined SW in July 2013 and have lost 2 stone 2 lbs so far. I think it does slow down weight loss but if you keep plodding you will get there. I tend to loose 1lb - 1.5lb one week and then the next week only 0.5lb so it slower than most people in my group even though I stick to the plan each week and don't go over my syns but I have just accepted that is how I am and try not to put pressure on myself.

I'm vegetarian but the rest of the family aren't. They all love my slow cooked beef casserole which is syn free.
Beef steak/casserole beef.
Onions
Mushrooms
Carrots
Bacon with all fat chopped off, cut into bitesized pieces (optional)
Knorr Beef Stockpot
Generous squirt of tomato puree
Garlic and herbs - I usually use the swartz garlic Italian blend in a jar.
Cover with just enough water, give it a good stir and cook in the slow cooker.

Are the Knorr stockpots free? I've only used it once before SW and thought they were nice but greasy so if they're free that would be great0 -
Just had a massive crisps and choc binge. Feeling very disappointed and annoyed with myself.0

Hi there - first weigh in and 1lb off. I'm pleased with that after my indulgent weekend away
Review of Tuesday's Plan (family all here for dinner)
Breakfast - cinnamon porridge hexb and banana with hexa milk
Lunch - Batchelor's cheese & broccoli pasta
Dinner - beef pot roast, mashed potatoes & sprouts (2 syns), Eton Mess (3.5 syns)
Didn't bother with the cinnamon - doesn't really go with my preference for salty paorridge! I measured the ss milk and I only used 50ml - Does that mean I have 4/5 of my hexa allowance left, she smiled sweetly?
DIL brought lovely homemade vegetable soup so we had that instead of the pasta at lunchtime - and I even did without bread!
Dinner went exactly as planned. I also had a choc digestive (4 syns), so that's a total of 9.5syns so far. I'll probably just have fruit and/or a can of diet irn bru later.
Wednesday's plan
Breakfast: ff yogurt and fruit
lunch: homememade vegetable soup, frittata with leftover veg
dinner: hmmm - we are going to cinema and will eat out somewhere, venue to be decided.
Total Syns 0 + ??????
please-let-me-be-lucky, thanks for the rice pudding recipe - sounds yum.
beanielou, I agree about how helpful it is to write down everything you've eaten - that's why I've been posting my plans on here. It makes me feel more accountable too.

Evening all!
Well done to all of the loses, especially those that sts last week :T
I will say now that I read every post on this thread, I also thank ever post to show I have read. I hardly ever reply as I don't think I have much to say that hasn't been said already. I don't tend to ask questions on here (prob because I know it all :rotfl:) I've been on SW for nearly 4 years going back and forth so I should know what I am doing.
I mainly use this thread to record my own ramblings, I don't expect people to reply to me but admit it is always nice when they do.
I would hate to think of people leaving the group, we are all at different stages, I love having target members posting on here and am not put out by them. It proves that SW does work.
Keep at it everyone, lantana don't beat yourself up, you are only human and you deserve to let go every once in a while - you have come so far.0
