Hello all,
I've just popped on to say that although I don't read all the posts every day I am very grateful for this thread and all your experiences.
I am very new to SW and am on the last day of week 3 (WI tommorow). I am spending a lot of time getting my head around it but at the moment do not feel sufficiently knowlegeable to help with any queries but I love to read about your journeys and pick up tips along the way.
As I was 'borrowing' my friends books I decided to send off via ebay - slimming worlds own ebay page - a starter kit. It's just arrived so hopefully I can get my head around EE now. I had a STS last week and couldn't work out why - maybe I hadnt been quite as on plan as I thought as I had given my friend her books back and trying to do it all from memory. I now feel like a fully paid up member rather than a lurker!
Hoping for a loss tommorow.
Have a good evening - i will be busy reading:;)0 -

Sorry - advice I can't believe I spelt that incorrectly - I have a real issue with spelling mistakes - Please don't take offence anyone - its my problem!!:o0 -
Thanks shala & maman - I am very aware of the fact that I might be 'rubbing people's nose in it' by complaining about struggling to maintain but it can be hard sometimes
. I do try and stick with the extra HEX's but still find I am losing weight. The last few weeks I have upped my syns too by having the odd meal out 'off-plan' and that seems to have helped a bit.
No, it's important I feel, that we get the "maintain" help as well, even though my target weight is well over a year away, once you get there, the hard work doesn't stop, no point in losing if you then put it all back on so don't feel bad posting.0 -
Don't worry TOOMUCHWORRY, I am famous for my poor spelling
