Thanks roxy. She may end up with the pink tick if I can't find any.

Well I managed to get back to sleep but didn't expect to sleep for this long and now I feel worse!

Does anyone fancy joining me for a HHC at 9? That's plenty of notice.

Welcome to all new people and fellow returners.

I'm really not enjoying this windy weather. Don't mind the rain so much, but I find this unsettling. I also regret being so lazy at the weekend and not taking DS2 out for a walk. :o

Both DSs at home today, but DH will be at work, although I can't see many people wanting to come for their hair cutting today.

As just about everything in the house needs doing it doesn't matter where I start, so I'll go with AnW's mum's tried and tested dot-to-dot strategy. If the bathroom stuff doesn't all get done I'll get on to it later in the week. DS2 will be helping to earn TV/computer time. :)

Monday Bathrooms and a bit of Everything Else
S&S toilets and sinks (including the kitchen)
Have home been found for all the presents? All but DS2's and they can stay where they are until the decorations come down.

I'm in, Jue. Will start with the dishes, I think, as they're breeding. I'll think about the week's meals and start shopping list while I wait for DH to [STRIKE]get out of my way[/STRIKE] go to work. :D

Right, show off here, all applicable jobs from today's list done and I've hoovered through the house. I'm now going to combine walking the dogs with popping to the garage about car repair, but I have an awful feeling that they are closed for the holiday. Hope it doesn't cost too much to rent a car.

    Catch you later.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Need to get back into this now... Need a routine for when DS starts nursery on the 7th! I have no time in the evening as everything gets left until DH is home... Sigh
Monday Bathrooms and a bit of Everything Else
    Only got 15 minutes...
S&S toilets and sinks (including the kitchen)
Have home been found for all the presents? Try to get one thing out of the house for each thing in - new socks, get rid of the religious ones etc

    30 minutes to spare....
    Clean the bath and/or shower
Wipe any dusty surfaces in the bathroom

    Got an hour....
Use up/decant any dribbles from shampoo etc, bin the empties to make space for Christmas smellies.
    Meal plan for the week
Declutter floors not just into a box or binbag to hide away, try to put things where they belong, a home for everything will make life easier
    Sweep/mop/hoover floors you can now.

I am joining in this week please, thank you for the lists :)

The house is a mess, I really can not be bothered doing anything but I will do something even if its just the basics.

My mother is visiting this morning I think she wants to print off her boarding passes, that reminds me I have just used the last off the milk I best get us all dressed and brave going to a shop.

I will add my list in a bit.

    Come on then MrsC!

Quick question - if chicken can be cooked from frozen, can I put it in my SC frozen?

I would like to join in in order to become more organised and so reduce my stress levels - hopefully. I have started selling unwanted clutter on ebay and will continue to do so.
