    Morning everyone,

Had a much needed lie in this morning, but was still up before the teen! I pretty much got all my list done yesterday plus took all the decs down and emptied my ironing basket, but I cannot just sit back and relax so I have a new list for today:

Take returns back to n*xt & buy a couple of bits
    Put away all ironed/dry clothes
Make sure kids are ready for school with bags/kits etc
    Clean school shoes
Sew on pony club/scout badges & hem up some trousers
    Put decs in the loft
    Start my toots list
Plan the itinerary for my hol (we're doing a road trip of SoCal & we need to book accomodation)
List the remaining items on ebay. Have 39 for sale so far & DH has done the photos so I just need to write the blurb.
Soak my nails so the gel varnish comes off as its started to peel

I sold a 99p item to someone in Belarus yesterday. Bit cross as I state UK only. Once ebay have taken the commission on the postage I'll be out of pocket. I might cancel the transaction....

    Morning (just) all!
Not much happening in the D household today - not even sure the children are dressed! :o
I've got a piece of belly pork in the oven (yum) and have cleaned out the freezer. Surprisingly little left!
Sorted my larder too and am slightly panicked to find only three tins of chopped toms. SM shop on my tomorrow list I think!

Happy belated birthday to Roxy - hope you had a lovely day.

Pigpen - if you have bad hips from pregnancy/birth then you need a good physio. I was on crutches through both my pregnancies but having regular physio has really helped and I rarely get pain now.

I have had 3 babies in 3 years and was on crutches for all of them.. I never even saw the physio with the last one and was just told to use the crutches if I needed to. The physio referral took so long to be processed (4 referrals sent!!) with the first she was born before I got an appointment and the middle one I got the appointment at 31 weeks (3 referrals sent) and she was born at 35 weeks.

I have arthritis in my hips anyway so used to pain of some level but this is the pubic bone bit that was the pregnancy issue .. it is drugged now and making no difference.. lying flat is ok but any pressure on my hips is nasty.

Wash 1 on the line, but being watched closely as the sky is grey
Wash 2 will go straight to the maiden

Finally ordered my diaries online. Going to make DS3's bed next.

DS1 dispatched to Mr T up the motorway to collect a replacement canvas for the one they printed poorly. DS2 gone with him to aid in the directions and to learn the highway code part of motorway driving (book in hand) before his test later in the week.

Silence reigns as DS3 and DH stuck on a train north of Nuneaton.

Healing vibes to anyone feeling poorly or shattered.
Spent the morning sorting and clearing away the Christmas decs. House looking a bit bare at the moment and the dust shows. Shall have to run around with my little feather duster tomorrow. Also need to wash the lounge paintwork and mantle piece as we've had the fire alight several times over the holidays and there are smuts everywhere.
Off to meet dd in a minute. We are going to take no3 gs to the garden centre to play on the indoor equipment as it's raining again.

Kasw your GUAG isn't here. Maybe it has gone off with mine. Mine usually goes travelling with LW's so you could check with her.
Sorry, no GUAG here.:D I think mine snuck into Ronnie's travelling crate when he went home yesterday.
I'd better explain - at seven years old, the little guy still has a puppy crate. It's his "Safe Place" for if life (ie his family) gets too much for him; he also has a lovely basket to sleep in, so he's not just using the crate. However, he travels in the crate, as it makes him feel secure.:o
DD2 came in from a night out at 4.30am. O/H heard the taxi and went down to say hello. Then he got dressed and decided to watch the cricket!

    it's official - I live in a madhouse......

He asked me if I wanted a cuppa at 4.30am - after 26 years of marriage he seemed surprised by my answer...
:rotfl: At least you were asked! Mine has brought me coffee at 03:15 before now, because he misread the clock and thought it said 05:15.:o

Hello everyone. Not much flying done here today by me. I've had two long walks with the dogs, one was 2 hours and all three of us came back filthy but happy.

Christmas is over as the decorations and tree have been taken down, but I just ran my finger over the dust then washed my hands. I will do it properly when the flylady list tells me too. Also had a quick hoover round but only to pick up the stray tinsel.

DH on the other hand is busy dusting and polishing his soldier and other museum piece collection. Stinks of polish in here.

I hope you're all having an ok ish, not too much flying, kinda day. It is Sunday, you know.
Spend less now, work less later.
