    Good morning LTW'ers!
It was great to log in this morning and see so many new people join, as well as seeing the old (;) ) faces again. Welcome everyone.
Whether you are new to the forums or have been hanging around for yonks, i am really pleased to have you join in with this thread.

It was really lovely to see people helping others in regards to GF recipes/ideas etc. MSE really does rock!

sams247- i love blue cheese with apricot or cranberries. Cheese and fruit are lovely together. My fave Christmas treat is always Wensleydale cheese with cranberries in it..yum!

Smarter_and_harder..good grief, thats a ridiculous amount for them to charge for a JP!

juno- well done for stocking up on stuff! I am going to be doing that at some point over the next few days.

I am just about to add everyone to the list now :)

In the spirit of discussing leftover uses, I have a frittata today made out of eggs (obviously), tinned new potatoes, broccoli and Stilton - and I don't like stilton, but for some reason in this combonation it works well.

lilian- do you slice/chop up the potatoes, or grate them? I have a tin of potatoes after reading AGIRLCALLEDJACK's blog, but never got around to using them.

For frittata I slice them, for curries I half them. You can't grate them as they're already cooked but they do hold their shape really nicely in a way that fresh potatoes don't seem to.
