9/18 for me - halfway there! Lunch today is a horrifically bland pasta thing I whipped up this morning, so I definitely need to do some planning and cooking at the weekend.

  • Please could I be added to the list? I've done 3 so far this week and intend to do another 8 before the month is out.

I didn't bring lunch today so got a £1 jacket potato from our work canteen. They had lots of different flavoured ones, cajun, tikka, mexican etc. They'd basically rubbed spices into the skin with the fry spray/oil. Thought this would be easy to do at home and a great way to use up some herbs and spices!

11/20 today - made extra pasta with tomato & leek sauce last night, so that I could bring the surplus in to heat up for lunch.
Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...

    Day 9/16!

Today's lunch was a Waitrose spinach dahl (bought for a dinner last week but not eaten) a single slice marmite sandwich and some clementines. Also a left over raw carrot (I peeled and grated carrots for a carrot salad last night and half of one was left over)

Very much enjoying my LTW lunches and feel a lot better for getting back on my weightwatching and totally cutting out rubbish food for two weeks. Have been hungry though!

Worked from home yesterday, so had leftover lunch scrounged from fridge.

Today chicken, mayo and cranberry wraps made form last of chicken. Also brought in a small pot of HM apple crumble

I know and it meant you didn't really need butter. I do this all the time with potato wedges but never thought about a jacket!

Hi everyone, still trying to recover from the shock of jumping on the scales earlier this week:eek: So glad I didn't flop down on the couch when I got in from work last night and made a tasy tuna salad for today. I like all this falafel talk, will have to try and get a few days of those in next week.

Anyway half way there - 10 out of 20 days for me.

Have a good weekend all x
