Today we have tuna and pasta salad. I want to try and invest in a blender so I can bring in warm soups. My local bagueete shop (where I used to love to go but the money.........) sells hot soup for £1.80 and I used to think that was a good deal, but then whilst I was there I'd just have a packet of crisps, and maybe a slice of her HM cake and before I knew it I was handing over a fiver.

    So LTW #32 8/18

          6. Hello all,

I was AWOL yesterday as we were busy making a chocolate birthday cake for my colleagues birthday today.. Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting filling... Mmmm... yep diet is going well then :rotfl:.

I have had leek and potato soup for the last two days so I am reporting 9/22. Slabs of chocolate cake aside the rest has been quite healthy.

Dozey Crow- i am ignoring your chatter about chocolate cake ;) I MUST RESIST any rubbish food. I am determined to lose 2lbs this week...not that i would know if i did, i STILL don't have scales! Da Nile is NOT just a river in Egypt, as my Mum always says! :rotfl: I WILL be a size 12, i will, i WILL!!!

Not working tomorrow, will be having tomato soup again..yum!
          8. Evening. Days 7 & 8 (#66) now done. Just my usual rolls/sandwiches. Yesterday, it was chicken & today it was some tinned salmon on them.
