Oh and good news - weighed myself this morning and am four pounds down in a week. Hurrah for LTW!
  • Failed miserably today with so many bags for kids (PE bag, school bag for son, potty training bag for DD) and the usual manic rush it got a bit confusing!

They'll be some baffled nursery staff at my DD's special potty training bag (spare knickers, leggings, socks and soup?!!) :o

    Will try better tomorrow!

Just finished eating my lunch - today brought in leftover southern fried chicken and crispy potatoes from tea last night. Plus square of HM brownie.

Monday again? How did that happen?

M'sons had a special offer so I'm back on the hummus - with granary toast today, and then a satsuma. 7/20!

I must remember to defrost a portion of soup tonight to bring tomorrow (p'raps I'll see this and remember!)
Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...

Afternoon all. Wow, that busy weekend and a busy start to the week!

I had no leftovers for lunch today (Mr Shortie batch cooked a hm curry that made such a good amount, it's dinner tonight too instead of a smaller leftover amount for just lunch.. So this morning I grabbed one of the few remaining bargainous YS lunch things that we got on Boxing Day. Just about to drink my first cuppa now too - I haven't had time to make tea yet today and I have a banging caffiene headache, whoops.

So, today's food has been / will be:

            B: 9p porridge
L: MrT Finest Arribiata pasta (18, stonking bargain)
Snacks: a slice of hm banana and chocolate chip bread. A teacake if I have the super munchies still later

I also stepped on the scales. The damage from end of November to now was 2lb. Less that I thought it could be but still a kick up the bum that I needed. I'm not cutting munchies out totally but will try to make sure my lunches and dinners are tweaked to be healthier (never been a salad lover though)

Day 8 done for me :)

            #19 reporting for duty!

8/10 for me! A weird hummus/cheese salad wrap and some soup that I forgot I opened on Friday - i won't lie - it tasted funny. But I am hardcore and have signed up to a task so I ATE IT!

Also had some pineapple that went out of date yesterday.

Today was not the best lunch I have had... but I DID IT. IN YOUR FACE SANDWICH SHOPS WHO OVERCHARGE ME!!! :D

I knew I'd be rubbish at updating daily!
            Last Wednesday - HM Soup
            Thursday - Left over pasta
Friday - Salad sandwich with butter!! (Know that doesn't sound impressive, but I rarely allow butter on my sandwiches! I normally just have relish!).
            Today - HM Soup

Goooood Afternoon my lovely hard working LTW'ers!

Bad Weather-I am seriously impressed with your hardcore attitude! :D Better to have 1 'funny' lunch* than to line someone elses pockets! (*as long as it's not TOO funny and makes you ill, obviously ;)).

Like so many of you, i REALLY need to concentrate on losing weight. I havent stepped on scales, i dont own any yet, but i have 13lbs to lose and i can tell that i havent lost anything yet, apart from patience with myself!

NOTE TO BRANGWEN- DON'T FORGET TO DEFROST YOUR SOUP!!!!!!!!! ;):D

Natlie- is the baby avatar your baby? It's so cute! Do you have a yoghurt maker to make your yoghurt?

            Well done to EVERYONE!
          6. Day 6/20 done for me. Bagged salad and a couple of quorn scotch eggs. This thread is really encouraging me to keep on track. Thanks guys x
