:jCan I join please. ( joint effort from me and hubby). Have read your threads over previous months and now hubby is fully on board I'm ready to go!
Returning to work in a weeks time after 11 months maternity leave so finance are back to 'normal'. Having lived on a reduced income I don't want things to slip.
Can't promise I'll post much but I'll be checking in to keep on track.

Paying this amount off would leave us with absolutely no money to live on as that's everything that's left after we have paid all our direct debits. Therefore just have it in my head that we need to find and earn enough extra money to live on and that the £1000 from our wages is going straight to debts. Keep thinking of the day when that £1000 left after our direct debits could just be ours to do what we wanted with and not just paid to creditors!!!Hi please can I join.
I really want to be debt free by end of 2014 but like Beckyboo this means repayments of over £1000 per month (and that's more than i earn at the mo!)
I already do most things but this challenge will keep me focused.

My OH did that, and he found it was great- you can repeat a bit if it's too hard or speed up a bit if too easy. He's now lost 2 stone, is doing Parkrun regularly and I'm ashamed to say I struggle to keep up!! Good luck with it!
