Hi, Not been here for ages. DF has gone on the back burner quite spectacularly as we are saving like mad for a holiday of a lifetime at the moment -next Summer is the last year in 10 years we won't have public exams (GCSEs etc) with the kids, so we are making a trip to see my family in Australia. It's costing a ridiculous amount of money, and we're paying the minimum on all our cards until next Summer and then we'll start chucking everything at the debt. I don't think our total has gone up (or not by much) but it's not gone down either.

Wow sounds exciting...please take me with you!! :D

Curious...what's with all the !!! in your sig?

    Hi everyone,

I haven't been on here much since becoming debt free in May, but I am back now!

The reason being I have just posted off a loan application for a new (second hand) car

My old one is getting quite old now and starting to become unreliable and constantly needing work doing to it to keep it going.

So I am no longer debt free and nose back to the grindstone to clear this loan as soon as I can. I have taken the money over 5 years but hopefully will clear it much sooner than that.

New target is £15,000 but that will be for next years challenge I think!

Mine was the same. To get it back just go back into your signature and slightly change it-save it. Mine was back.
