Paying the LOan off has left us really tight until payday but had two unexpected mini injections of cash. On Saturday I put some stuff on a local nearly new sale. Sold about half and made £58 in cash and today sold the travel cot for £35 so that has paid for this weeks shopping and paint and painting stuff to give the house a quick once over. Pleased with some extra money but also pleased to get rid of some stuff.
We are trying to box things up before we put the house on the market but I am swiftly running out of boxes and loft space! We have so much 'stuff'!!!!!!! It doesn't help that I am very organised and have nearly all our Christmas presents bought and being stored in the loft as well!!

Have you paid all this off since your LBM? That is mega impressive! Well done you. I like your strategy of trying to clear one off a time!

My aim is to pay off another £570 by the end of the year to get to 50%. If I sort my PPI claim out I may be able to pay off more.

Although I haven't posted much this year, I'm already looking forward to "Pay all your debt off for Xmas 2015!" The end is in sight...

    Keep going everyone!

I've spent on my credit card again this month. I don't know why I overpay at start of month and then struggle until I use the card by the end of the month.

Had to get a cab from central London on Saturday night. Uber app was used and even with a £10 discount was £35. Road closed in central london so caused all sorts of traffic, at 2am though :( sad times.

Yea I would wait til the end of the month to make an overpayment to make sure you can afford it. I did the same - paid debts at the beginning then realised I was short with a week or so til pay day. :(

I need to crack on with savings but it is difficult when you have debts to pay. Fortunately when I have finished this one I only have the car finance left.

I haven't got anything in savings as throwing it all at the debts.

New salary kicks in this month so hoping it's going to cover the extra spend this month
